My family and I stayed the night at the great wolf lodge and we were nervous to do so because we are of course in a pandemic. They have decreased capacity size and the cleaning and sanitizing is next to none. If more people followed the guide lines for masks, distancing and sanitation like they do at the great wolf lodge in Colorado springs, we would all be in much better shape. There was a bit of a mix up with our meal plan and I called Ariel at the front desk and she was so kind and helpful!! I've never had customer service like that and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it! Thank you so much Ariel!!!
Best stay ,very clean and the staff was awesome. They were on top of everything from the cleaning to the service and wait staff were remarkably, we will definitely come back again..... 5 star all the way!!
We are regular visitors at this incredible resort. We live in Denver and especially with all of the current safety precautions needed to feel secure and safe out there with limited options, Great Wolf Lodge is exceptional and accommodating for our family. We just want to extend a special thank you to the food service who makes Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free meals for us during our stay. The friendly, family focused and fun staff are my favorite people and have seriously become the friendly faces we can count on!
Just completed an awesome weekend with our kids and four grandkids. Staff were wonderful. Karen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Waitress Heather was very patient and helpful with the grandkids. All four grandkids loved the ropes course. The 7 year old was scared, so employee Ivan did the whole course with him. Food in the main restaurant was good and trick or treating was fun. Many memories were made.
I brought my family to this resort two years ago for my daughter's birthday celebration. We loved our time here!!! We spent over $600 for a one night stay and left feeling great about our purchase! The service was on par with Disney standards., I booked back in June for a stay on September 11th 2020. My husband and I both work essential jobs, as do our Sister and Brother in law who we planned this trip with. We have all been worked to the bone for the duration of the Covid shutdowns. We finally requested a day off together and saved enough for our stay. THREE days prior to our checkin, we received a welcome email from the GM of the resort saying how excited they were for our stay. SIX hours later, we received phone calls notifying us of our cancelled reservations. I believe that they unfairly cancelled our reservations because we didn't spring for any advance purchase upgrades. We always spend plenty of money at this resort, but obviously they felt that our purchase wasn't good enough for their standards. Now it is too late for us to find accomodations anywhere else for our families. We now have four very disappointed children. I am furious that we were disregarded in this way. Terrible, terrible customer service, Great Wolf Lodge. Shame on you.…
