We were looking for a place to stay that had trees, allowed dogs, water, grills, quiet, black & gray water sewer and easy access. RV Ranch at Grand Junction had it all. They even had a spot where you separately wash out and dump your gray and black water. With our 26 ft towable RV we pulled through and were...

This RV Campground really cleaned up their act in one year. The bossy, mean manager is gone and people can enjoy camping here. Children even were at the pool and the laughter of vacationers was back! Thanks to new owners, this is once again a go to for us.

How many RV parks have you stayed at that advertise they are in "City X" when actually are not. Clifton isn't that far from Grand Junction but it's not actually located in Grand Junction. Other than that, it's a good place for big rigs to stay. Pet friendly.

Quick note - we stayed in the back-in sites 27 and 29. We had lots of grass around us and there was a nice firepit with some wooden swings to sit on near our sites. We also had quite a bit of shade. The bathrooms were clean, and seemingly well-maintained - some of the nicest we had seen our whole...

We stayed here the first time unexpectedly after tire problems on our trailer. The staff helped us locate a tire dealer that had what we needed. The campground is clean but not much shade. It seemed long term campers had the shady spots. There were 2 dog walk areas in opposite areas of the park so you didn't have to...

I can't attest to the infamous manager. I have a suspicion she may have had the night off because I could see and hear kids enjoying (yes, having fun!) at the pool until it closed. From what it sounds like, that is quite uncommon. I did see an impressive amount of older people walking dogs that you could fit into...

This might be an okay place for an overnight stop, but I really can't recommend this park for an extended visit. The spaces are VERY small - my slide-out was less than 24 inches from the trailer parked next to me. The people living in that trailer were full time park residents, and they had two dogs, one of which...

Common ground are green and well maintained. Showers are small (typical KOA style) and restroom need repairs (My Good Sam rating would be 7 or 8). RV spaces are buddy spaces (utilities shared buy two sites and tables sides are shared on the other side). The paved parking area on the side is only about 10 feet wide and seperated...

I read all the negative reviews about this destination before booking our reservations. We were in town for the Palisade Wine Festival and there quite literally was no other place for us to stay. We decided to give it a go. I am one of those travelers that LOVE rules. I like knowing they are in place because I've had...

Although the camp is very nice and clean, the staff (especially the manager) is exceedingly rude. We will not be staying there ever again! We have over the past 30 years had many nice family reunions there and family always stays there when passing through. Unfortunately those memories will have to be left to the past and will be staying...
