I loved all the little things she added and it was spic and span. Check in and check out were super easy, too. My one suggestion: light blocking curtains. There are a lot...

The owner showed us into our room, explained all the features, recommended restaurants for our dinner. (We didn't take her recommendation, but we probably should have.) In fact, the worst thing about this place is the dearth of good places to eat in the area. There was a full kitchen in our room so we could have eaten in, but...

Fantastic owners and staff! Room was very clean and nicely done in wood. Beautiful property and stream running directly under table and chairs. Everything was perfect. Enjoyed a beer while relaxing after a long days ride.

We were on our way to Ouray and detoured a little to stay here based on TripAdvisor reviews. Wow was this a gem worth finding. I can't begin to tell you how sweet this privately owned motel is. It radiates the love of its owners who hand crafted the place. It is homey, warm, quaint, comfortable, immaculately clean, quiet and...

We liked: good air-conditioning and ceiling fan that made our room very comfortable on a hot August day, The full-size refrigerator in our room and the small kitchenette, the roaring stream on the property, the half a dozen mule deer that came out at dusk in the backyard of the property, the game room with several of our favorite games...

Donna and Gary are amazing! Kind, attentive and great hosts! The rooms are perfectly comfortable, decor is great, and the setting is amazing!! Definitely a place to bring family for a nice get away. We ordered dinner and the smoked ribs were outstanding, salad fresh from Donna's garden, and the local corn superbly seasoned. We will be back!

Found it on Booking.com, and it looked nice. Ariving there we where suprised about this accomodation. Everyting is handmade by the owner. The owners, Gary and Donna, by the way are one of a kind, they really where one of the most fantastic people we met during our roadtrip 2016. And the food they made for us.....OMG it was delicious!...
