We stayed here for 4 nights over thanksgiving to take advantage of some okay snow at Breckenridge and Keystone. The location is very accessible just off the 9 highway, no more than 5 minutes from Main Street. The welcome is always friendly (this was our second stay), and we love that our dog is welcome here too. The rooms are... More

Love this place. Yeah, it's not a five star resort in the center of Breck, but it has character & style. I think the price is right on for what you get, especially being only 5 minutes outside of a major ski town. It's pet friendly & the staff is always super friendly. I've never had a bad experience. While... More

This place is quite simply a dump! From peeling paint to missing moulding to a prominent mildew smell, this place is awful. The walls are paper thin, so the person next door kept me up all night as he watched TV and created a symphony of human emissions. The lock on the door was dicey at best and while locked... More

I'm really disappointed that you weren't happy with your room -- while we're definitely a homey attraction, we still have high standards for our room upkeep. We appreciate the attached pictures, as we can use them to make sure our rooms are better in the future. With this in mind, I hope you can give us another chance to give... More

A great place to stay in Breckenridge. Was in town for a conference, and the quiet location of the place helped me to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My second time there. Close to town. It also has free wi-fi. Would stay there again.

Stayed one night, wasn't a huge fan. A little expensive for what it is. Room a bit out dated which isn't a huge deal, shower was a little on the dirty side and pretty small which i was NOT a fan of, bathroom in general was pretty small. Manager was super friendly though so that was cool, but overall if... More

I'm really disappointed that you weren't entirely comfortable during your stay with us. I know our rooms are designed a bit differently than some other hotels, but we think that our homey vibe is what sets us apart. I hope you'll give us another chance to really wow you in the future. The room was clean, but for the price it wasn't the best. You could hear your neighboring guests through paper thin walls, and one of the outlets wasn't working. Checking in was a hassle and the front desk man was a little grouchy. Hot tub closed at 10 and I was looking forward to using it after a night on... More

The motel is a bit out of town but was a very good value. We were originally booked for one night and chose to stay two. I actually made a mistake on my itinerary and missed the actual night of our stay. When we went to check in they had no reservation for me. When I checked my itinerary online... More

Continental breakfast, hot tub, mulled cider around the fireplace in the afternoon. Not the Ritz, the rooms are small and could use some touch up paint, furnished in a rustic frontier style. Pet friendly. There is a Nordic center right next door for cross country and snowshoe. Nice place friendly staff. We will stay here again.
