So, for the low end of the Marriott chain, this is great! The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette. The location is good for visiting Boulder, though hidden on a street full of office buildings. There is a pool, a nightly fire in the fire pit (even in January), great daily breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff, and above all...

Typical Residence Inn. Breakfast is OK. The 2 bedroom units are upstairs (outside entrance). There is a loft with a queen bed upstairs. Heat rises to the top. be sure and keep ceiling fan on in the living room. this helps with the heat disbursement. Free parking.

We stayed here for our annual ski trip with our grown kids. The penthouse suite was roomy and comfortable. I wish pull-out couches were more comfy but that is my only complaint. We loved the complimentary supper and beverages as we were tired from skiing all day. It is a great value!! Staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

Very comfortable place to stay. Rooms set up as independent little units, each with its own outside entrance, kind of like a condo development. Interior roomy and well set up. (Less so for dining... no dining table.) Staff was EXTREMELY friendly

After a long and somewhat bumpy flight from the east coast, I arrived at my hotel to be greeted by Jennie. Her fabulous smile, can do attitude, and total competence in her job was a great way to be welcomed. Thanks Jennie!

We've used this particular Residence Inn a few times. The employees have always been very courteous and helpful. This trip, Laura, Toby, and Nancy were the people at the counter, and couldn't have been nicer.

They have a great breakfast every morning. Rooms are large and always clean, with good sized and fairly well equipped kitchens. Parking is easy and close to the rooms. They just installed new laundry machines. Complimentary newspapers, small, but adequate exercise room with TV's on the machines. The employees are always helpful and very friendly. Desk staff, Nancy, Lloyd, and...

As with most Residence Inn's the rooms here are HUGE and with full amenities (full fridge and stove) for a long stay. The bed and furnishings rate at a little lower than I'd expect from a Courtyard property. Not much is walkable but also makes for a quiet stay if that's what you're looking for. Plenty of parking and great...

The facility appears to be an apartment building but it is a Residence Inn. I was in room 822. You enter into the kitchen, living room area. The two areas are separated by an island that comfortable seats four. The kitchen includes full sized stove, refrigerator. microwave and dishwasher. The living area has a fireplace, sofa/bed, recliner and large screen...

We stayed at the hotel visiting our daughter at CU for the Parents weekend. The suites are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is simple. The location requires driving, both to CU and "downtown" Boulder, somewhat inconvenient. The Boulder Marriott is a better choice, much better.
