I'm gonna be honest with you, I knew ahead of time that this hotel wasn't worth staying at unless staying in a renovated room with a balcony and view of the flat irons. So, I made sure to get a Superior King Room, because those are the new rooms in the new tower, and I recommend you do the same....

When I checked in, I didn't have a reservation but this wasn't an issue. The gentleman that assisted me that afternoon was not very welcoming or friendly...maybe he was having a bad day but it was a little off-putting. The room was comfortable and clean, the balcony was beyond lovely, and the amenities in the room exceeded expectations. There were...

I booked a room for one night during the Conference on World Affairs. My room was in the back section. It began with getting off the elevator to a big pile, 2-3 feet, of dirty towels. It remained there the entire time. The room looked okay until you tried to use things. In order to completely flush the toilet, the...

I arrived not expecting to like this place much. They don’t exactly make it easy to reach them by telephone. The number on their reservations web site is for some off property national booking service, which after a long conversation eventually yielded a number for the hotel. Dialing this I got a list of 9 possible numbers to punch in,...

I was chased by wasps in my room, I didn't want to take of my shoes because the carpet was dirty. The shower had very little water pressure, the sheets were nice and clean, but the pillows were terrible. There was no plugs near the bed for my phone, the wings on the head board is velvet from the 70's...

I was at Boulder for meetings at the University of Colorado, at a walking distance from this hotel. Parctical. the stagg was VERY attnetive and efficient. they were also good humored (and I am not referring to the put-on smiles palces reserve for customers). I did need maintenace at two moments: they were, again, very efficient nad helpful and they...

I asked the person at the reception about the negative reviews and was told that these are mostly about the old part of the hotel, whereas the renovated rooms in the part called The Tower were very good. I was assigned a room facing the street, which was very spacious but I worried that it would be noisy and asked...

The rooms and location are good, but the place is worn out. No parking when we arrived because of a conference, and the staff had no suggestions except to wait. The fitness room had several broken machines. Restaurants nearby are good. Wifi was super slow unless you pay $10 for the faster service.

Obviously, it's not a palace, but I didn't understand all the terrible reviews I saw here. The inside looks really clean and new, my room was very spacious, quiet and had an incredible view of the garden and the mountaisn. It's located right in the center of Boulder, near the Boulder Creek Path wich allows you to walk or ride...

In town for business with a small group; our colleagues booked rooms for us here. Why? Why? Why? So depressing and poor quality; there are *much* better accommodations available in Boulder for these prices! Finishings in both the rooms and public areas are old and worn. A/C unit rumbles like thunder. We paid additional money to use a conference room,...
