This was such a quaint hotel! Very antique-sheik! Felt like I stepped back in time yet had all the luxuries of home. Read about the haunted reviews, but didn't witness anything unusual at all. Stayed on the 4th floor, and got a lot of stairs in that weekend! There is an elevator which is probably original. Very neat place.

We came here for brunch. The restaurant in this classic hotel is worth the visit but couple with a fine brunch, makes it a must. Lots of choices and ample amounts at a good price. It is family and children friendly. The staff, although busy, were polite and helpful regarding the menu offerings. Way better than a fast food breakfast...

Located on the corner of 13th and Spruce this is a classy elegant hotel with its old world charm. Built in 1909 with its obvious name from Boulder and Colorado this was Boulder's first luxury hotel with electric and gas lighting plus telephones in most rooms. Its architecture is a mix of Italian renaissance style and Spanish revival features and...

The hotel is near several stores and restaurants, within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the staff if friendly. Lots of antiques and older stuff located in the hotel. The is only one soda machine (located in basement area) and one vending machine.

The Hotel is right off of Pearl Street which is a great location for walking, shopping & dining. The hotel is very old, but updated in most aspects. Our room was size-able with it's own AC/heat controls. The bathroom was small, but the shower was updated. The original elevator has an operator that manually takes you to your floor which...

We spent 3 nights at the Boulderado while attending a conference closeby. We formerly resided in Boulder and had been into the Boulderado perhaps twice for Sunday brunch, otherwise it was a new experience. The hotel's original part is indeed historic, a good example being the human operated Otis elevator that is called by ringing a bell. (Someone always hurried...

If you enjoy places like the Hotel del Coronado, Sir Francis Drake and the Brown Palace, this is the Boulder hotel for you. Exquisitely maintained Victorian elegance. You must request the historic section. Spotless, charming and a great energy. The corner bar is great on a sunny afternoon, and License No. 1 (basement speakeasy out of the 1920s) is not...

I stayed just one night in this beautiful property with an excellent, helpful staff and Old West charm. My room was spacious and well-appointed. My only gripe - and unfortunately it was a serious one - was the incredible racket caused by an air-conditioning unit or something across the street that sounded like a road grader was working outside my...

This a hotel you will either love or hate, no in between. I loved It, my wife not so much. Location a 10, we agreed on that. I loved the 1896 historic feel. The lobby was like a museum , main desk was like Wild West hotel in the movies. The ceiling amazing. The disagreement started with rooms. The newer...
