This is a great little motel located just off a park (some surprise in Boulder; not) which is within walking distance to town center. It's a little rough around the edges but the accommodations were good and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Nice surprise find.

This place was great! Cabins were nice and comfortable. The area was very pretty and the perfect distance from town without being too far away. They did warn us there were bears there, but we didn't have any issues.

The women in the reception was very friendly. She was very supportive helped solve all the issues and was smiling all the time. Thank you. The location is quite convenient if you wsnt to go hiking or to the city center. Nice park nearby.

Very quiet, no slamming of doors across the hall because each unit was separate. Close to great hiking and shopping. The charm and history of the oldest motel in Boulder made it a wonderful stop. Out of the ordinary for sure and exceptional service from the people who work there. Homey, friendly feel.

This place definitely has a rustic feel, but was a great option for Boulder, a bit out of the busy area but right near hiking trails galore! great view and was an easy walk (though a bit of a walk) into downtown. but the bike trail took you right down there. Staff was helpful & friendly. Easy, quick continental breakfast...

With rough wood exteriors and wood interiors, this place has a rustic look and feel. It was modernized at some point in its history but still has a 1960s vibe. Everything was very clean. The matress was comfortable; the pillows were OK. The staff were personable and helpful. A serve-yourself continental breakfast is provided: decent coffee, cereal, fruit, pastries. The...

We ended up here by mistake (as I had booked my original hotel for the wrong day!) and then stayed four days. It is definitely rustic but you could not beat sitting outside having your breakfast listening to the birds and the river. Just what you need for a vacation!

This is a cute little spot, recently renovated and within walking distance of the Pearl Street Mall. The first night I did not sleep well, but I asked for new pillows and from then on I slept just fine. It was hot while we were visiting and there is no A/C so we slept with the windows open and enjoyed...

We waited too long to book a hotel in Boulder for the weekend of the Iron Man, and had very few choices. What was left was either crazy expensive, or too far out of town. Then I stumbled onto Foot of the Mountain Motel. I called, and a very pleasant young man made my reservation, for one of the last...

Arrived late after a 10 hour flight from London so was very pleased to check into a clean and very comfortable room. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly. Awoke next morning to see birds feeding from the feeding table outside. Nice breakfast provided in reception which we ate in our room Would definitely stay again if...
