The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor's Gulch is tucked up in the mountains above Avon, CO and is peacefully away from the Interstate. Extremely serene and beautifully scenic. This is both an excellent and unique Ritz-Carlton property with a mountain lodge atmosphere. Great staff and excellent outdoor pool and hot tubs. For the winter, ski in, ski out with a lift right outside...

A luxury hotel with magnificent views and exceptional service. If you like to connect to nature and be away from crowds, recommend staying at shoulder seasons (May and September). Great value for money.

We were here for a wedding in the "shoulder season" which is after ski season before Memorial Day. They had humidifiers in the room which was nice since it's so dry. One restaurant in hotel so we had to drive into town for meals which was fine since we wanted to see the surrounding area anyways. Outdoor fire pit with...

Attended a wedding at the Ritz and the overall experience was amazing. Tony and his events team did a great job. Our guests all agreed that this was the best event they ever attended. We would highly recommend this property.

The rooms are very nice, the staff very friendly, the spa is excellent including the services staff. I was disappointed in the WYLD restaurant, over-priced with skimpy portions, and our salmon was undercooked.

While the package deal was very affordable, very little was open and staffing was minimal. I appreciate the half price spa but the room was dark, the coffee maker broken, the window was not closable and the AC problematic. The food in the one open venue was hit and miss.

I'm a city guy who loves cosmopolitan locales and Europe but this hotel is the BEST destination I've ever visited! The staff is very attentive and treats everyone with respect, millionaires and budget travelers alike (I traveled to the hotel on a pre-season discount with one of my best friends) the spa was beautiful!!! It's got the best outdoor pool...

We celebrated my mothers 70th birthday at the hotel. We are frequent Ritz customers and live in Colorado so visit the Bachelors Gulch location as often as possible for getaways. The hotel reservation staff were extremely helpful and this continued through checkin. We had a welcome gift waiting I. Our room personalized for my mother and she was thrilled. In...

Wow was this an underwhelming stay at The Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch. We got to our room and the bedroom TV didn't work. Not a big deal. The next morning there was no coffee in the lobby. A big deal for some. It was 7 a.m. Lastly, we got stuck in an elevator. It started to shake and jerk...

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and I wanted to let you know I apologize for the issues with your TV as well as the elevator breakdown and challenges with the phone in the elevator not working. You have my word that is being investigated and that coffee service in the Lobby is now set up...
