We booked a last minute getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary here. The staff took amazing care of us at every turn. They made us feel special and like we were their only guests even though the hotel was full. We would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing escape.

We stayed over the Fourth of July 2016. It's in a beautiful setting and I'm sure a great location for skiing but not so much otherwise. We had the misfortune to stay at the same time a large wedding was taking place. That meant that various restaurants were reserved for the wedding party at various (and unannounced) times and some...

This Ritz just does not hold up to either the reputation or the prices. The layout of the hotel itself is just not well designed. Dark and winding hallways with little signage to find your elevator on the room floors is just bad. Out of order elevators for the 3 days we spent there for the wedding overtaxed the only...

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your recent stay with us over the wedding weekend. I appreciate the feedback regarding the air quality in the Spa and we are investigating and will have that fixed and certainly the elevators being down for a few days were an unforeseen inconvenience to many and we apologize for...

Came in late in the evening and was placed in a room overlooking the interior parking lot. While we weren't expecting a room upgrade, I was hoping that being Platinum Premier would at least give us an exterior facing room. Daniel from the front desk came to the rescue the next morning and was SPECTACULAR!!! He was able to shift...

We have had the good fortune to stay at many Ritz and Four Seasons properties, and they did not quite put on the Ritz here. Certainly not "bad," but not "great" either. First, the good. Great location at the base of Bachelor Gultch. The ski concierge service was great. In room equipment fitting, pick up boots and skis right at...

I stayed at the Ritz for a recent trip for work. The accommodations were very nice. Rooms are excellent and comfortable. The lighting in the rooms aren't the best. Rooms are quiet. Pet friendly hotel, with many dogs in the lobby and general areas. I never had the time to ski, but I heard it was great. Dined at both...

We are loyal Ritz customers and I had high expectations for this Ritz and unfortunately this Ritz is at the bottom of my list. The great things were the management staff and concierge. They would go above and beyond to help out, make reservations, add extra special touches for my children. Specifically, the concierge Emily always greeted us by name...

From arrival to departure the staff was amazing! Especially Grant! He was lovely! He helped us find great restaurants and looked for size 14 cross country ski boots for us, Even got my soda I left in the room when we checked out! The bartenders were terrific. They gave us great restaurant tips as well and were very kind! Cannot...

We have our annual meeting at this hotel every year. It is always a pleasure to come back. The staff at the hotel is superb. The facilities are tremendous! The restaurants, particularly the WYLD, are excellent! The skiing is great for people of all levels, and it is within easy access of all kinds of great activities, including fly fishing!...

There is nothing like hanging out for a few days in blue jeans and ski sweaters, at a classic hotel with a rustic feel, and what I would call "Cozy skiing". I am not a great ski enthusiast, I only ski a couple times a year, but in my family there are experts. The mountain(s) have something for every level,...
