This RV Park was a dream. My family brought our pop-up on our way to Yellowstone. We camped right next to a stream where my kids played in a big open area and ran around the trails around the park.
The owners were friendly and...More
We really did like the park. It’s sad with the water drought that’s happening there because only a few of the ponds had water in them but there’s nothing they can do about that. Our problem was the night we showed up, there wasn’t a...More
We wanted a place in between Durango and Pagosa Springs CO. This park is a Good Sams Park and is highly rated. This was a great place to explore with the stream running thru the park and walking trails beside it. They had lots of...More

Really good place for kids. Little creeks and streams for fishing (catch and release), trails and paths to explore on property, an alpaca and yak (look, don't touch), and an area in the office building where you can sit and read or play board games as a family. Directly across Hwy 160 is a little nature park and trails and another creek that families bring their kids to and use pool floats and tubes and to "float the creek" (very shallow and safe this time of year).
