It's an older hotel but newly renovated. The rooms are very lovely decorated. The room is very clean and the little room amenities are appreciated. The bed is very comfortable. The walls are a little thin so be prepared if you are sensitive to noise. At this covid time no room service but come on, how hard is it to dump your own trash. Towels available upon request. Clerk service is very good. PLUS if you like Mexican food there's a great one next door. Then there's Norms 24 hour diner in opposite direction. You can't beat the price for this gem
I usually stay at Marriott properties since I am a Titanium member but two friends we staying here so I decided to book my room here. My room was amazing it had everything I needed except for a pencil. It was very clean, recently well done remodel, the king bed was great, it had shutters that kept a lot of the early morning light out, the wall a/c was efficient and drowned out any outside noise. A terrific family operated Mexican Restaurant was next door. I was going to pay $155 at the Marriott but I wouldn’t have been a happy with the room as I was with this one for 2/3 of the cost.
Since we were staying for 9 days, we registered for a "luxury suite" which according to the website includes a desk, desk chair, & sofa. Turns out they have 5 "suites", any of which may have one or none of the above. Ours was "larger than the other rooms" but had none of the above. The service staff was very accommodating, but we had to ask for anything we wanted. Since it was a long term stay, we didn't get daily service, which was ok, but to have to ask for towel changes, wastebasket cleaning, more coffee, etc was annoying. We had to use what I'm pretty sure was supposed to be a disposable coffee holder all the time; by the end we were holding it in place with a rubber band! The most disappointing however, was that we were never able to connect with the internet; every couple of days we walked to Dunkin Donuts to use theirs. I think the price was reasonable, but it just didn't measure up to the ads.…
Room was ready .. nights were quiet and the beds were to die for . We slept like babies . The room was beautiful and all the amenities we could ask for including refrigerator . The whole facility was extremely clean and presentable .
Very nice place to stay. Great staff clean rooms. Front desk staff went out of their way to serve our needs. laundry is done thru an outside company so always clean and folded sheets . Will be back for sure
