Amount if deposit was not told to me at check in. Cut our stay short and only stayed one night. Had issues with toilet getting stopped up. Loud noisy neighbors. Rooms are outdated and old. They also have a odor.
We had two rooms that smelled, shower backed up in bathtub, air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms, had pizza delivered to us and the staff made them wait a half hour and never notified us the deliver guy was there waiting, we had to contact the pizza place and they notified us her was there waiting.. Staff was not helful.
-- At checkin I was informed that I would have to pay $40 per day to park the car, this amount is too high to be added to the daily rate compared to hotels in the area that offer free parking, or $18 per day. - At checkin I was informed that there would be no room cleaning during the stay due to Covid-19. This doesn't make any sense, if the hotel was already cleaning the rooms daily, with Covid-19, this should be done daily with much more cleaning. - I was also informed that towels would not be changed, if I needed any, I should ask for them. I asked for towels in the morning and they told me that didn't have them because I was in the laundry. On the same day at night, I requested, and they told me that because it was July 4th they didn't have towels. I requested the next day in the morning, and they said that the person would arrive at 08:30am and they could request it. This is inadmissible, as a hotel does not have extra towels? - The room had a musty smell and was not perfectly clean. - The beds were small (full) not matching the description on the website where it informs "queen". - The desk drawers didn't close, we had to put our bags in front to keep them closed and avoid accidents. - The coffeemaker in the room was missing a part, it was not possible to use it; and there was no coffee. I requested the exchange. I had to ask every day for coffee, cups and utensils. - The wifi internet didn't work well, the receptionist gave me another password to see if the signal was better, but I couldn't use it and I really needed it to work.…
Housekeeping services are suspended believe that rooms are not as clean as they Can be.Great location however the rooms need to be clean better especially since we’ve been dealing with Covid must do better
It was a terrible experience at all. Unexpected fees will like parking, breakfast… they are not mentioned clearly when we booked the hotel. We definitely didn’t enjoy our stay. Room was okay but bathroom wasn’t that clean. Someone pulled fire alarm in the middle of the night.
