This is my go to place anytime I come back to Northern Ireland. The location is great as it's close to the smaller towns but also not far from Belfast, Derry and the coast, so it's an all round great spot. The weather was on my side this weekend so it made my stay even better, but the food, bedroom...

Stayed here for work with a college. When I come back on a pleasure trip I will be staying here. Owners and staff will make you feel very welcome and great food too. nothing is a problem for them and the local knowledge is priceless.

Stayed overnight at Dumadoon with a colleague when on business in the area just before Christmas, following a recommendation. Dinner in the restaurant was first class, both in terms of the quality and quantity of food served. The sirloin steak and the gammon were excellent. The friendly service added to the enjoyment. In staying overnight, we were made to feel...

Went today for a belated birthday meal, and we were not disappointed. Food and service were both excellent. My husband and son would highly recommend The Mounthamilton if you want a good steak. The rest of us had varying chicken dishes which were also very tasty. Have visited here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed.

Ate after 5 o'clock . Beautiful meal, great selection to choose from on the menu. Quirky, old style decorating which isn't quite finished in an area close to the facilities . Not sure how wheelchair friendly this place is. I was only in one part plus ladies and it is a little small for a wheelchair to move Easily. You...

Breakfast was delicious with large portion sizes, had decaffeinated coffee on request and the dining room was beautiful. Good quality sausage and bacon. Our room was clean and warm but the bed was a bit squeaky. They would benefit from up dating their beds as it would have added an extra star to this review. We loved the up stairs...

Coffee and scones only. Coffee, courtesy of Robert Roberts, very, very good. Good selection of scones, plain, cherry, and fruit. Roaring fire a great attraction on a chilly day. Easily accessed from main Frocess Road which is currently being upgraded to dual carriageway.

We were travelling from Portstewart to Belfast and decided to call into Drumadoon for a meal. We arrived at 6.25. The very nice lady on duty took us to a table in the dining room. There were about 16 people already in. We were offered a drink and ordered our meals: both quite basic; one plaice and one gammon. We...

This is my new favourite restaurant, everyone is friendly and helpful, the menu has so much to choose from and the food is out of this world. I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. Don't let the road works put you off folks, its def worth the sacrifice. So if your ever passing through, please call in and give this...
