Great location for your business and interim travel needs. Staff is incredible helpful and the Sales team is fantastic! Met Tamika Jackson who assisted with my Hyatt Membership needs. Will definitely use this hotel again.
I think Hyatt Place is one of the best places one can stay. The hotels are new and clean, the staff is professional and they have everything that I need and more. Everytime I have to travel I look for a Hyatt place in the area.
Visiting family and welcoming a new grandson. Great amenities, comfortable bed, nice pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was fresh every day and a good selection of breakfast items. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is very clean, and peaceful. Everyone's friendly. The room is very spacious and bright. There's microwave, and fridge. I feel safe staying at this hotel. I recommend hyatt to my friends and family.
Be aware that this is a hotel that allows animals in all rooms if you have animal allergies. This is a good hotel for families with young children. Very family friendly with safe furniture options with large rooms and they have refrigerators and microwaves in them. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also pretty decent.
Spent 3 nights for an Alumni weekend. Room felt a bit tired and depressing. Carpet stains were off putting but the room seemed clean (hopefully). Had a few issues but got them sorted. Front desk staff were nice. Have stayed in nicer Hyatt Places around the country but it wasn’t horrid.
The hotel staff were both welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast items were nourishing and offered a variety of options. My hotel room was spacious but I have only have two minor complaints. 1) toothbrushes are no longer provided to guests but toothpaste is. 2) the bathroom sink’s lightbulb was dead Otherwise my stay was great. Super quite in the building during my two-night stay, and what truly matters is that I slept well!
I read people complaining about not cleaning the room. Have you heard of COVID-19 restrictions? They clearly stated when you check in. They don't clean or replace the bedding because of COVID19 restrictions. They can replenish things like towels and toiletries if you request it before 2pm. After 2pm, you can ask the front desk and they will get it for you. I don't think the place or the room is outdated. It is great. Don't compare it with some fancy 5 stars hotels. The hot tub is awesome. The jets are super strong with bubbles too! We had the 2-Queen beds with a sofa roll out into a bed. This room fits a 6-person family perfectly! Room is clean. Everything works including the outlets. Room was spacious with even a business desk that looks very modern. The employees were super friendly and greeted you many times when we walked in and out of the lobby area. The hotel is not near any major commercial area, so the traffic is minimal. I used their internet computers and they worked great!…
This is a category 2 hotel so don’t expect much. It gave us everything we needed for our stay. The furnishings in the room were old and had the smallest closet I had ever seen. A few either didn’t work or didn’t work well (tv channels were scrambling, outlets didn’t work, phone didn’t work, fridge barely kept food cold). The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was very basic (eggs, sausage, pancakes). Would’ve been nice to see some variety the four nights we stayed but again, this is a category 2 hotel so you probably shouldn’t expect much. Service was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Free parking outdoors was great cause we had a cargo box on top of our SUV.
No housekeeping service for 4 nights stay. We can hear everything that’s going on in the next room. The air conditioner is very noisy. We were only noticed when we arrived, that the hotel cannot accommodate our request at reservation.
