I would have to say that we were a little concerned about staying in a hotel considering the current situation with the Covid pandemic. The front desk staff was friendly, patient and amazing! Employee Arleigh went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. He even introduced us to Jerry(manager). They both made out welcome both feel comfortable and welcoming especially during these trying times. If we are in ever in the area again, we would not hesitate tor stay at the Wyndham in Visalia again.

I will never stay at a Wyndam again, we were stuck in a place with nothing to do. A shuttle would have been nice, since there was crap for food it would have been nice to go somewhere to grab food in a place thats near norhing.

The nicest hotel we stayed at while on our vacation. After 3 nights prior in other cities, this stay was like a reward. Rooms were clean and sanitary; beds were comfortable; Covid breakfast applied, but, unlike most other "brown bag and a granola bar" hotels, there were many breakfast choices and a hosted breakfast bar, complete with warm food. It is unfortunate that the indoor pool was closed (due to Covid), as the pool area is very welcoming and inviting. Check-in was easy and a very friendly host; checkout equally friendly. This was a leisure visit, but the company I work for does a lot of business with a vendor with offices in Visalia. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to the area. Only drawback was location- while quiet, it is a bit of a jaunt to downtown for dinner and beers, like a half mile or so, but the benefits far outweigh that minor inconvenience.

Dear Super Tommy 68, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our property as your comments and business are truly appreciated. Chef Kenny will appreciated your kind words along with our housekeeping staff. As we are currently living in unprecedented times it is refreshing for my team to know that we made your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just a reminder that visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park are great options during Spring for a perfect two day trip using Wyndham Visalia as your home base and still have the ability to social distance in the process. We look forward to accommodating you on your next trip to Visalia and we hope to be able to provide you with food and beverage on the property when restrictions are lifted. Warm Regards, Samantha General Manager
