I stayed here for 5 nights in November 2014. I did not experience the same problems outlined by other reviewers. My stay was very pleasant. The room was cleaned well each day. They must have adjusted the doors because although they were heavy, I was able to open them. I appreciated the breakfast and the WiFi worked well. I also...

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for two nights in June. I'm a very fit adult male, but I was unable to open the room door from the inside in the morning. We had to call the front desk, and someone from the hotel opened the door from the outside. They mentioned that other people had the same difficulty in...

Dear Allen G, thank you for pointing out the door situation. We will be checking the door in question as it is not supposed to be that hard to open. It would be quite a problem in an emergency as you pointed out. Our apologies for this situation. Management Fairfield Inn & suites

Unfortunately I have to agree with the former reviewer who rated this hotel down because of bad housekeeping and other issues. It could easily be a 4-Star hotel if it were not for the miserable service. And make no mistake: It's not cheap. Two weeks before I stayed at a recently renovated Fairfield in Sacramento for about half the price...

Dear " Buddy Bear" thank you for filling out a review on our hotel regarding your last stay. I am quite upset that your stay was as such, and I sincerely apologize. You are correct in saying that this is not up to Marriott standards and I agree with you. This will not go away until I meet with all...

When I arrived, a DUI arrest was underway near the front door. Aside from this, my initial impression was positive. It seemed decent and clean. The guy on late-night duty who checked me in was friendly and helpful, especially after he saw that I use a cane. (Unfortunately, though, there was also a shortage of disabled parking spaces, and so...

This hotel is located just off Highway 101 and is very close to all the conveniences in Ukiah. It's also in the middle of one of the best wine regions in California, and the staff are friendly and helpful, you'll get a lot of information from them on the wineries. It's also just a two minute walk from an excellent...

Had to travel from Sacramento to Ukiah and Cloverdale for business and decided to stay at this property. It did not disappoint! Took the family and got there late and when I walked in through the glass doors the receptionist addressed me by my surname, told me they had been expecting me and gave me my room keys after signing...

Clean and relatively new hotel. Room was standard Fairfield-inn type but was well maintained. Air condition was a little loud but it is probably typical at FI hotels. First-floor facilities were excellent. Pool was not big but adequate for my kids. Breakfast was better than other FI's grab and microwave style. There were hot food, waffles and cut fruits along...

Stayed in Ukiah to break up the drive from the Bay Area to Humboldt. Close proximity to the highway makes it convenient. Although the suites were on the small side I got upgraded from a room without asking, always appreciated.

In Ukiah, we almost always stay at this Fairfield Inn. The property is well maintained, very clean, and the staff is always polite and professional. The breakfast is typical fare, but it is fine to get you going in the morning. The cookies in the afternoon are a nice treat.

Due to the July 4 weekend, there wasn't many options for our coastal highway road trip. So we came inland to this Fairfield Inn. It looked nice from the outside and the lobby was nice.
