I just wanted to thank everyone at the hotel that made our weekend so special. Best people and service ever. Can't wait to visit again. We will come back in the summer and hopefully get the Lake Tahoe Club at the lake.

It was amazing!!!!! Robin at guest services was the best thing ever. They comped our breakfast as well! The French toast and steak and egg burrito were delish. The guys at the ski valet were super helpful. Really easy to get lift tickets. Seamless experience from breakfast to the lifts.

It was an over all great experience except for the check out team. Well coordinated with ski school. Get location. Manzanita service and quality of food was awesome, especially the host. And spa therapist are very knowledgeable.

We spent two nights here over Presidents' Day weekend using points. Even with points it ends up being an expensive stay given the resort fees, parking fees, and exorbitant prices for food on the property. We even ventured down to the Northstar village and were met by similar overpriced food options, particularly for the quality. That said the room is...

We've stayed here before in previous years and this place keeps us coming back time after time. The staff is very friendly and will go out of there way to offer any assistance. We stayed in their one bedroom units and it was very spacious with 2 full bathrooms. Skiing is right outside and the hotel will have your ski...

Arcade mostly non- functional, disorganized cafe and ski rental shop Rooms small and not as pictured on web site. Not what I expected in a ritz Carlton. Great ski in and out location. Heated pool a hit with kids.

If you have an event happening while staying at the Ritz in Tahoe don't hesitate to let them know. They went above and beyond expectations! The Ritz is a place to be spoiled and they certainly did that!

Excellent service from renting ski equipement to the restaurants to the spa services. The ski valet was amazing - no more lugging all that gear - rent on property - shoe storage room - latte next door - ski instructor came to us - lift tickets sold on property - live music by the fire - champagne bar - yummy...

This hotel pampers you from the moment you walk in the door until you drive away. The design and decor is perfect mountain cool. The ski in/out facilities and rental are a breeze, and the atmosphere on the deck is geared for fun. Between the music, fireplaces, jacuzzis, pool, champagne bar and restaurant, no matter the weather, being outside is...
