Lost power and was charged the full rate for a room with no AC or hot water, once power came back, AC continued having issues, ants in room, terrible Internet, overpriced. Will not ever be back and would never recommend.

The staff was great and we had a corner room. Although there was construction. We did not notice it at all. The location was close to great dining and we will surely be back in the future anytime we are in the area.

Nice hotel. Under construction now but soon to be done. Close to old town Temecula that has lot of shops and restaurants. You can do a wine tour as Temecula is wine country. They eill pock you up at Embassy.

There was a power outage in Temecula the day we arrived. The front desk staff was under tremendous pressure to accommodate many arriving guests...many of whom were not dealing well with the problem. The staff worked extremely hard to relocate guests and keep everyone informed of the ETA of returning power. They were fabulous. We will come back because of...

Floor in bathroom had hair all over it, electricity, wifi and hot water could be optional, as it was during my stay for over 24 hours. Evening reception was the best thing about my stay, which was very enjoyable.

Jeff R, I apologize for the hair on the bathroom floor upon your arrival. I will get with our Housekeeping team to ensure that they are doing a better job cleaning the bathroom. We did have a power outage on Tuesday due to SEC that caused issues with the gas when we shut it off. Same thing with trying to...

The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. There is a bar/lounge on site that offers happy hour specials and a manager's reception in the evening. There is plenty to do nearby. The hotel is located near shopping centers, Old Town Temecula, and the wineries aren't too far away. There is also a duck pond right across the street...

The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and reception. The hot tub and pool were very well maintained though we often had to request towels. We truly enjoyed our stay. There was an area black out due to a transformer explosion and we were not charged for that day.

Due to my traveling to Temecula with some girlfriends for my very 1st Diva's Half Marathon race I chose this Embassy Suites Hotel because it was very conveniently located to the race and it was right off the 15 freeway. Check-in was a breeze and the area was nice and quite. Our room very comfortable except that the beds weren't...

AuntBunny65, Sorry about the size of the bed. They are actually double beds, not queens. I apologize if there was any miscommunication on our part. I understand about the size of the bed. I am used to sleeping in a king and a smaller bed is uncomfortable when I travel also. Thanks for sharing your comments with us.

We stayed at this hotel last October and it wasn't too bad, so we booked again because we loved the breakfast. Now this being our second stay at this same hotel and boy did we get the worse rooms ever. The property is undergoing renovations but you'd think it would still be up to par, nope it was awful. The...

My stay was absolutely terrible. I am so glad it was a work function and not a personal vacation with the family. I understand that there are things that are out of a hotels hands but how customer service and satisfaction is 100% their business. After three days with out power, no a.c., no hot water, an emergency evac during...
