This property is showing its age. Doors that are difficult to open/close, loud A/C, sofa bed was like sleeping on wires. Dirty corridors and staircases. Pervasive unpleasant smell. The walls are so paper-thin that we could hear every word of a conversation in the next room, which was being held at normal speaking volume. The only bright spot was the people, who were all very nice and helpful. I will not stay here again, and contemplated switching hotels after the first uncomfortable night. Definitely the worst Embassy Suites that I've encountered.

This hotel was amazing! After having a terrible night at a competitors property, I was pleased to have a great experience before even arriving! I used the app to request early check in and they granted it in perfect timing! They were polite and happy to grant all of our requests, and our room was lovely! The pool looked great though we didn’t get a chance to use it. I would gladly stay here again! One thing I will mention is our car ended up with an ant infestation and my son almost jumped out while we were driving so you might look in to getting the ant thing taken care of. There were none in our room, though.

We stayed a night here after a full day of wine tasting. It’s a good location close to the wine country and old town. However this property is really old and the bathroom hardware is all rusty and dirty.

Very nice room, the king bed suite was just right (not too small, not too big). The service was great all around! The one thing that I observed, was that time is starting to show on this property--creaking floors, noisy door-slams, very thin walls. The construction at the property next door (steakhouse) did not make things better.

Embassy suites Alonna, Tanya, Christina, we’re the front of the house that made our visits so special along with Sadie and Sandy. Christina has a great vision for this property and I will be looking forward to staying here again. Kenny, Brenda, Karma, Sanda and MAMA KIM—- the best restaurant team EVER. They made the visit so fun. Love my breakfast and love my two egg omelette. Great location, could use a up-lift. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

Thermostat was locked at 68...it was hot in the room at night and while getting ready. Guests should have more leeway and making the room temperature comfortable for themselves. The breakfast was the same everyday...some variety would be great as I have had at other Embassy Suites. But the staff was great!

For two weeks we were in the Banquet hall. Sandy was amazing her service, communication, and attitude was 5 star. She always had a smile on her face. Was extremely polite we always had refreshments and hot coffee.

Suite was very old, couch had stains on the cushions. Shower was terrible on a scale of 1-10 the water pressure was a 2 and the shower head could not be adjusted. The lighting was very dim. The first night when we returned our keys did not work, this happened the next day and evening. Our room was not ready until 5:00 so we took another suite. Hilton needs to seriously do a total upgrade. The front desk when we checked in the one woman was extremely rude as well.

I tried to use the room phone to contact the front desk . No answer during the day or evening to get some towels and toilet paper . I had to call the front desk with my cell phone . They put me on hold for 10 mins then hung up on me. I finally got a hold of someone and they tried putting me on hold again . I told them I needed some TP. A guy comes up to the room and says the hotel ran out of toilet paper. Never have I ever had this issue staying at a hotel . Customer service seems to be slacking at this location .
