My husband was working in the area so we chose this hotel for the price and convenience. We were not expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. Siew, the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful answering all of our questions. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The microwave and refrigerator worked well and the bed was comfortable. Due to the chilly weather we used the heater and it worked very well. Continental Breakfast (Coffee, Juices, Fruit and Pastries) were available in the lobby during morning hours. Will most certainly stay again next time I join my husband for a work trip.

The room was cozy, bed was very comfortable. Only complaint pillows on bed are small and no extras wee in the room. Very quiet and near highway and other entertainment places like Old town Temecula. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is good value for the money, certainly better than the nearly $300 Pechanga wanted on a Friday night! Staff is friendly and very helpful We even received a "welcome" phone call! They had a disability room with a roll in shower and TWO beds-- almost unheard of! As a result the ability to maneuver a wheelchair is a bit tight but not impossible. They had noted our request for a shower chair on a prior occasion and brought one up without our asking. The fridge was plugged in and ready to go-- not always the case. A couple of small negatives: breakfast was very limited-- should be referred to as a "light continental breakfast". Only protein was yogurt. There was only one USB port so bring a USB to wall plug cord. You cannot leave the light on in the bathroom and the door cracked to serve as a nightlight because the fan is connected and anyway, the light will turn off. Lastly, the parking situation is not good, with very few disability spaces and few spaces overall. If you come back at night, you will be parking some distance away and I never saw a guard for the complex. Overall, this motel had a level of service missing from some much more expensive motels-- at a third pf the price.…

If I could rate the staff separately I’d give the place 5 stars. The staff were very pleasant. But too many other issues. I got a room as far away from the freeway as possible and it was still very loud. The furniture was all scuffed up. The breakfast was packaged pastries and cans of juice—all sugar no protein or nutrients of any kind. Had to go out for breakfast. My total bill for one night accommodation here was almost $280. Very poor value. I wouldn’t be complaining or expecting better if I had paid half as much.

Stayed here for the Christmas holiday (they are pet friendly) staff was amazing, very welcoming & attentive. Maybe only complaint would be kids above us running around under all night. I love kids but I was tired at midnight…..I think and guests with small children should be placed in a room downstairs. Then the guest next to us had TV in at 3:00 am, waking me and the dogs. Extremely disrespectful. Other than that rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

This was one of the cheaper motels I stayed at. The prices are so high, finding a good quality place at my price point was hard. The place had everything I needed, and was clean. The one perk I liked was five coffee packs in the room. Most places give you two, big deal. The hotel next door was 45 bucks more and it was nothing special. Try this place, I think you will like it.

A/C barely worked. Ran it 24 hours a day just to keep room in high 70-low 80’s degrees. No cold shower water. Choices were very hot to medium hot. Hole in base moulding in bathroom. Bugs? No housekeeping services. Had to go to office or pool to get dry, fresh, towels. Other Choice Hotels at similar price point at least make your bed, vacuum and give you clean towels. Door lock finicky. Our cards wouldn’t work. Front desk instructed us that door handle had to be horizontal or magnets wouldn’t line up. Worked perfectly if we raised handle and then swiped card. Conversely, pool and jacuzzi were clean, fresh, at proper temperatures and quite enjoyable. Too bad motel wasn’t as nice as pool area. Never stay here again.

The price was right for simply a place to sleep before a balloon adventure early the next morning. However, realistically it is a bit dated and the bedding was a bit rough. The location is great though and if you just need a reliable place to spend a night it’ll do the job. Oh, the walls are paper thin though so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe not the right place for you

Visited Lorimar winery which was beautiful and stayed in a king room here. Asked to be farthest from freeway. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was time to replace the mattress, very squeaky with every turn. No breakfast buffet with COVID so went to Annie’s cafe across the street. I would skip this next time and go to a IHOP or Dennys nearby. Annies was less food at a higher price. Filippis pizza across the street is a favorite chain of ours. I would stay here again. Quiet, convenient location to Temecula.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The rooms were clean. Continental breakfast had lots of different choices great waffles, sausage and eggs and biscuits were great!! Great pizza place next door call Stadium pizza!!!
