We were charged nearly $400 because it was a Saturday when had it been a monday it would have been $114. This is unacceptable and a rip off by a company that I have used many time previously. We had just come from a funeral and to be ripped off as such was even further depressing.

My wife and I were trying an air BNB for the first time. Right way the spouse was withdrawn by our appearance, we are both in our sixties but I'm retired, my wife still works. Manifee 32910 address did freeze us out on the first night by running the main house recycled air into our room. The conditions they did not tell the truth. I never slept that night we came in at 3am from witnessing the birth of your newest granddaughter. I called best Western, made resv. From now on Best Western is my Best Traveling Friend, no more Air BNB.

The hotel was clean & the staff are friendly. Nice hotel to stay. We will definitely look for Best Western the next time we travel. I recommend checking this hotel. Breakfast is included too. Even there is no hot food but they provide microwave. Nice place to stay.

Comfortable, large room. Parking right in front of room. There are some items they call a breakfast, but you might want to go to a restaurant instead or use your room microwave to heat up some food. Pleasant people work here and seem to like their jobs, which is nice. I would stay here again.

We were verbally quoted a price as a walkin-had another site right on my phone-and clerk quoted cheaper. No receipt emailed right away so didn't realize until back home credit card was charged at least $40 more. Tried phone calls to rectify to no avail. No followup. It was terribly overpriced on what they charged me and then to see it come through as more is furiating. Would not recommend.

Room was in good shape, clean and staff was great. My husband suffered a medical emergency during our stay and the staff was very helpful. Value was very good for the area with many amenities within a five-minute drive.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not allow pets, so when I'm not traveling with my dog I like to stay here because the people are friendly, it's quiet and clean. It's close to several fast food restaurants, and is within walking distance to old town Temecula.

Pictures of the hotel online paint a different picture of what it really is in person.Outdated hotel, needs some renovation and updating work. Breakfast choices could be improved. Beds not very comfortable.The pool and spa area could use some sprucing up.

This room grossed us out. The room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. We found burnt popcorn under the footstool, old fruit loops next to the bed, nail clippings behind the nightstand. There was a huge rip in one of the sheets. My daughter found bugs on the nightstand. The air conditioner vents were dirty and dusty. The mirrors were dirty. The continental breakfast was a joke. And the pool was full of debris and had a yucky filmy oily layer across the top. We arrived late the first night and stayed that night due to the lateness of the hour and exhaustion. The next morning we checked out and went and stayed at another hotel. The staff told us they would give us a slight discount and let us out of our other night. I signed a bill for one amount and then they charged my card for triple that amount. Now I have to call them and get it fixed! Worst Best Western Ever and one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at!…
