Check in was easy. Room clean, but dated. Walls very thin. Was woken up at 12 am to a couple arguing in the next room. One left after slamming the door hard. She returned at 4 am and started knocking on her door. She knocked harder and louder when the person inside did not answer. After about 20 min another guest came out to ask what the problem was…. They started talking and finally both left. It was 4:40 am and I had to be up at 6 am to leave for my plans to drive three hours.

I was in town for my friend's wedding. Hotels in Temecula are quite pricey, but this seemed affordable, clean, and safe. I checked in kinda late. This motel is just off the highway as you exit. This motel looks like it used to be cheesy, but since has been redecorated to have a retro 60s vibe, which I like. As predicted, it's clean, safe, a cozy. I've lived in CA for 16 years, and have never been to Temecula until now. Close to the motel is Old Town, which is a cute little touristy town that looks like an old western but everything is shops, restaurants, and bars. I loved hanging out there. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the breakfast. It looks like they used to have a fun breakfast cafe with a waffle iron, cereal, and other things. BUT due to the Covid, they handed me a small brown paper bag with a pre-packaged roll, granola bar, and small Sunny D bottle WHOMP….WHOOOMMMMMMPP…(That was my low tuba sound). Ok, all restaurants are open in Temecula, and aside from employees, I didn't see a single mask the whole weekend. So, pretty please…with sugar on tap…open the breakfast cafe again, My stay was comfortable, and pretty quiet, even though it's by the highway and there's a Harley Davidson store next door. There's a fridge and microwave in the rooms, which was great. Checkout was easy and the lovely lady at the front desk and I had a lovely conversation. A great show of fulfilling the advertised promises. The staff and especially the housekeeping staff demonstrate not only in their work, but more noticeably in how they treat guests, a disposition of professionalism and genuine care. My stay was four days, thus the culture spanned varying shifts and employees. Thank you.

The office staff Noaya is so rude, called about 10 times during the day to check on my sister and her kids just be hang up om 6 times. My daughter tried to purchase a drink and the receptionist to tell her no you can't buy it. Send my daughter's to the office to get to and trash bags, lady in the off told the girls you can't have some housekeeping is gone for the day. I called she was so rude she hang up in me, went to the and she yelled at me infront of 3 customers instead of giving me toilet paper. If you want a horrible experience this is the place to visit. Ps bring your own toilet paper and trash bags if you plan to stay here.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was clean and actually had some personality to it and didn't see so cookie cutter. We did use the pool and hot tub, the jets on the hot tub didn't work, but i'm sure thats just my normal bad luck. The breakfast is currently a bag, but wasn't horrible. I mean it was my favorite waffles, but considering everything. Not bad. We had to have the hold a cake for us from friday until bday dinner sunday at 630pm. And we checked ouit sunday at 11am. They were super helpful.

We stayed in March for more than two weeks. The motel is located near the old town at a 20 minutes walk. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem was the breakfast. You just pick your pack at the reception. The breakfast was very poor and the same every day. The breakfast area is closet due to the pandemic although all the restaurants around the motel are operating normally.

Walked in after checking in and found a used condom sitting in the room’s trash can. Disgusting! Makes you wonder how throughly they clean the place if they didn’t even take the trash bathroom out. Clearly just dump the trash into another trash- not replacing the bag even. I’m sure the rest of the place was “cleaned” with the same quality. Didn’t have time to complain to front desk as I was heading out quickly. Sent an email to corporate and no word back. I don’t trust this place’s cleanliness!

Only needed to be in town with 1 overnighter, so decided to stay here based on reviews. Used to be an older motel, but was recently renovated. Rooms were clean. Beds were comcy. A/C did its thing and kept room cool. Is close to Old Town annd the 15 fwy so I found this location very convenient. Parking seemed safe and no issues (I parked near the check in / lobby and not by the Mexican restaurant across the lot. Note that rooms face a pool so it could be loud during the day. We weren't around until after dinner so the place was fine for what we needed. I'd stay again if I needed a place to sleep.

Nice hotel. Very clean, affordable and centrally located. 2 min drive from Old Town and 10 min drive to Pechanga. Check in staff was very friendly, which is seems rare lately. We would definitely stay here again!!
