The staff were especially nice. They have a great restaurant on site. Nice view of the golf course. A shuttle to the nearby casino is convenient. In the morning we ate breakfast at Toast which was super yummy.

The best thing about this property are the people that make up the staff. From the front desk, grounds and room caretakers, golf facilities, to the restaurant they all showed genuine concern and willingness to go the extra mile. All seemingly in a great mood. We had literally just stepped out of our car when we ran into a staff member returning to the main reception area. I personally left that conversation in a better mood as we were laughing and connecting on a personal level. Guess what ? They're ALL like that! Its a gorgeous property and that includes the golf course itself. The pool and gym were closed at the time for renovations. A good time to do it since it was cold for the time we were there. Room was large, clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable. You need to go.

The rooms are horrible. Stay away. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and extreme updating. I refused to let my feet touch the floor. Everything felt gross and run down. The restaurant was nice, other than that I would not visit this property!

Stay Away deceitful practices!!! We all stayed here for a wedding and had a room block. Much to our dismay they changed the rates so they only honored the room block rate for a few of our party members. What was worse was the total inconsistency - the rate was honored for all nights for some. We called assuming it was a small mistake they’d fix, but they dug in and insisted on up charging us. Very let down and would recommend staying away at all costs.

This is an overpriced motel. When we arrived for check in (a few minutes past 4pm) we were told our room was not ready - our room was not ready for another hour. Do you think they somehow compensated us for the inconvenience? No, they actually sent a check out message stating to make sure we checked out on time because they were fully booked - the audacity. The rooms are clearly old and have not been kept up. The small and air stuffy. The water in our rooms did not properly drain, creating a disgusting puddle at the bottom of the tub. Also, keep in mind this is a popular golfing location so you may not even find parking near your room because all the golfers take them. We regretted so much not booking our getaway earlier so we could snag a better hotel. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable mattress Large TV Granite countertop in bathroom Vinyl plank flooring in room & bath Keurig coffee maker Bottled water Mini refrigerator In room Small patio w/chairs & small table No full length mirror in room Awkward placement of doors in bathroom, weak water flow/shower head. Shares parking lot w/golf course & restaurants, so difficult finding parking spot during prime times if you stay in building closest to golf course. Overall, will return because we love golf courses.

We used TCI to host 40 rooms for our wedding in May. In addition, we had our rehearsal dinner here as well. We absolutely LOVED everything about this property and would highly recommend them to anyone! The staff is AMAZING and the rooms, views, and food are all incredible! Thank you so much for making everything go so smoothly! Special thanks to Patricia and her banquet staff along with David in rooms. You were both a pleasure to work with! :)

I recently spent three nights at Temecula Creek Inn for a work event. The team at the Inn did a great job accommodating our large group of over 50 folks. The setting is beautiful. My room could have used a little love but it was pleasant and comfortable. I opted out of daily room cleaning and instead was able to text the staff for my needs along the way; extra coffee pods and towels were quickly delivered. The stand out was the food we enjoyed as part of our conference. Truly excellent and served with grace and courtesy. We enjoyed two evenings in the adjacent "Meadow" area with plenty of room for our group to socialize and relax by the fire. Very enjoyable experience overall.

Stayed one night at the hotel, very expensive but we wanted to go wine tasting/play golf/enjoy the pool. Pool was closed, in-room phone didn't work, staff did nothing to help, recommended using cell phone. Ordered room service, took 35 minutes for pre-made desert, the delivery fee was more than the desert itself! Guest next door to use was so loud we couldn't sleep, and the air conditioner went on/off by itself, we could not control it. The worst part is when we complained to the front desk, they did absolutely nothing, no discount, no coupons/vouchers, nothing!! Do not stay here!

Great property. Janky bathroom. Incredible restaurant. Not sure if because I booked on Hotels.com my room was sub par. Pool was closed for renovations. Literally nothing was happening at the pool for renovation. Had a shuttle to Pechanga Resort for discounted day use of $30. Next time will stay at Pechanga.
