This Hotel is great. We had to find a temporary place fast and they were so friendly and we got a very nice room for a great rate for the long term that we need it. I come to Temecula on a monthly basis and always stay at Extended Stay Temecula location. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate my stay. I like having a kitchen where I can cook my own meals. I recommend to my coworkers and also friends and family.

My stay at this Hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My experience has been great and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. The price is very well and the Hotel is clean and bright.

The floor had not been cleaned prior to my check in. There was dog poop all over the floor. I had to clean my own room, which included gathering 4 bags of trash from under the bed, including some sort of drug infused product and an open can of dog food, so unsanitary. Dog chew toys everywhere. The room had a strong chemical smell that lasted for 2 days. Seems like they just sprayed the room and called it "cleaned", leaving the turd smudges in place for the next occupant to walk on. The lobby staff was excellent, super professional, and did all that they could to assist me, (not by sending a cleaning lady but by loaning me the broom and bags), but they were unable to control the noise from the room next door, where the woman turned on the TV at around 8 pm and left it on at nearly max volume until 7 am the next morning. This noise went on every night and I got ZERO sleep. They offered me extra nights as relief but that didn't get me any sleep. I left early due to no rest whatsoever. I was there 2 weeks and they refused to clean my room during the entire stay. I went out and bought laundry detergent to keep my room smelling as fresh as possible. There was a homeless man living in the parking lot but he wasn't bothering anyone. The town overall was super friendly and even though my room smelled like fried chicken grease and they don't like to clean the rooms there, I managed to have a good time. But buyer beware.…

I have asthma! Marijuana & smoke throughout the hotel, coming in my room through the bathroom vent.l & under doors I called, verified non smoking. Checked in, verified non smoking. Was told it is non-smoking. Building entrances says non smoking Sign up says non smoking Manager said they can do nothing about it, even though I reported it 2 days in a row. I moved my family here for a 2.5 week period. This is the WORST hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, including Hilda & Shay tried to bribe me. Originally they said I wouldn’t get any reimbursement for the pay 2 days & then after recording Shay the Hilda says she will refund me ONLY if I leave tomorrow. That is now how this works This is Illegal & I have a health issue.

I have bad COPD and made reservations in Aug. When I got there I told them I needed to be close to an elevator I was told the hotel was completely booked and I would have to go where they put us. Not happy with the 3rd floor all the way at the end! Kitchen, no utensils or dishes one piece of soap no shampoo or conditioner place was a rip off. Tweakers all over and the place smelled. Stay away and no parking just a few for handicapped. The girl I spoke to on the phone Sat at the front desk was rude to me when I called and said the room was too far. Her answer was oh well! Never again and I do not recommend this place. Now I know why it's not in the Triple A book for a hotel, it literally sucked. Oh and no ice machine!

If you’re discriminating enough to be reading these reviews, this hotel is probably not for you. The main things you should know: 1. I had to phone the police one night due to a homeless person ranting inside the hall. 2. The front desk is absolutely abandoned after 7 PM. 3. Though the main doors are “locked” at night, they actually push right open. 4. Smokers are constantly leaving the back doors propped open. 5. There is NO breakfast of any kind. Let’s get back to normal, please, or at least stop advertising it. We stayed here during an out-of-state move, and chose it because it is pet-friendly and has a kitchenette (full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave) and self-serve laundry. Cleanliness was okay, and a few minor things didn’t work in the room but were addressed eventually. The self-serve laundry was a pleasant surprise with enough machines that you didn’t have to wait. Staff are friendly, when you can find one. Baffling as to why the hotel would be visibly understaffed in a high-risk location. The location is convenient to freeways and shopping, but it is on a very busy corner with few good options for dog-walking. We did see discarded hypodermic needles in the dirt behind the property. Please note that various types of people stay here including travelers passing through, those here for work, and people actually living here long-term. There are also many homeless and transients in the area (we lived in this city for five years), so you would think security is a priority. Not so much. This is the first hotel I’ve ever been in where I could not find a person on duty at the front desk after 7 PM on any of the six nights we were there. On Sunday, I was awakened at about 5 AM by angry, nonsensical shouting that was clearly INSIDE the building, and very close to our room. I immediately phoned the police. The sheriff’s deputy arrived in less than five minutes. He easily walked right into the building through the "locked" doors. He told me there was a transient woman outside on her bicycle, and that she then left. The deputy attempted to but could not find a staff member on duty. I’m not going to go into detail about possible scenarios that could occur if the lobby doors are unlocked and mentally ill transients can access the building. There is seriously no excuse for this lack of safety and concern for the well-being of the guests. None of the potential good things about this property outweigh the fact that it is currently not a safe place to stay.…

This hotel is clean the staff is nice and friendly of close to everything whenever you need something they hurry up in answer your converter question clean towels clean land in comfortable beds quiet.

I've stayed here before and the staff is always great , the rooms are comfortable and the kitchenette is is really convenient. They even offer coffee in the morning and it's pretty good coffee lol . I have stayed at some of their other locations and they are all comfortable and convenient. I recommend staying here to all my friends and family when they travel.
