I have been at this location, for over 2 months, for work and can tell you from an experienced traveler, this one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything from the incredible amenities, such as the heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, large gas BBQ grills, clean rooms, free laundry, free breakfast, and many more, to the friendly, helpful, hospitable staff, who all seem to have a smile and friendly attitude all the time, as if they love their job, this place is tge bomb! I would highly recommend The Staybridge Suites of Temecula to anyone traveling through the area. You will be glad you did!
This is an excellent hotel with extremely efficient staff, fair pricing, numerous amenities including an outdoor fire pit, and friendly patrons. I could not recommend it more highly for business or pleasure.
Stayed here for a weekend girls trip. The hotel is easy to find and in a great location. The suite was perfect for the three of us. We got a king bed and sofa rollout. The price was incredible since we split the cost. We parked and called an Uber to go to a winery. My friends and I also took an Uber to get massages as well as to Old Town Temecula. The kitchen with full fridge was perfect since we brought plenty of snacks, wine and even a small blender to make Margaritas during our late night girl talks. The kitchen even had real wine glasses in the cupboard so we didn’t have to use the fancy plastic ones we brought. The breakfast was tasty but not exceptional . Overall I highly recommend staying here. It’s worth the price. That’s my BIG FAT OPINION!
My daughter had a out patient surgery & we had to come in from out of town for it! Shawn at front desk checked us in and ensured we had everything we needed to make sure my daughter was comfortable while recovering. Each night he made sure we were greeted with a friendly warm smile and he always asked if there was anything we needed! Room was super clean and homey. I totally recommend this place
My family and I stayed here 12-22-22 - 1-5-23 and must say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The entire staff was very nice and professional. Great amenities and facility! Thank you
We stayed in a family suite, 2 queens and a sofa bed. The room was extremely clean, linen was clean. Rooms must be sound proof, because I couldn’t hear the hallways. Pechanga casino is about a 15 min ride. They had a fire pit going that was nice and toasty, and they said the pool was heated, but we didn’t go in due to rain. We initially liked that they advertised a buffet style breakfast, it was not it. It was limited continental breakfast, if you want to call it that. Waffle machine was down, their hot breakfast was cold, their cold breakfast warm, one of the orange juice was water flavored orange juice. I would given 5 stars, but the breakfast was just sad.
We stayed here one night. Friendly check-in w Jean-Paul and the hotel smelled nice upon entry (maybe a tad much). 30mins later realized our room wasn’t heating up (all of the US was going through a cold snap that week). Alerted JP to the issue and he came in right away to check. Long story, but the heating couldn’t be fixed. He offered us another suite room, which we declined since we’d already made ourselves at home. He comped us a bottle of regional wine as a courtesy. Super responsive and gracious through the whole inconvenience. Breakfast was hot and satisfactory: yogurt, eggs, oatmeal, toast, omelets etc. Not fancy but enough. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Close to the historic downtown (10mins drive). Would recommend.
I come to Temecula for business frequently. I stayed at a Holiday In Express on my previous visit. This is my first time staying a Staybridge but it won't be my last. It is far superior in every aspect to the Holiday In Express here. The hotel is new and modern. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances you need to prepare meals. They offer a free breakfast with a lot of options considering it is free. There is also an open happy hour during the middle of the week. What more can you ask for at a very reasonable price.
Wonderful experience with staff members I encountered from front desk and housekeeping and the service was exceptional. Property modern, comfortable and clean! Jackie Assistant GM went over and beyond to make guests feel special and stay enjoyable. Thank you! Will recommend to my Colleagues!
I really wanted to like this hotel since it is fairly new I was hoping to be delighted by its freshness. However, our room smelled of animal urine and there was a hair on the shower wall. Upon our checkout after 3 nights we were asked how our stay was…. I told them our dissatisfaction….apparently they only want to be praised. I understand travelers want to bring their pets….. why can’t a portion of rooms be for traveling pets? There is the problem of pets urinating in the rooms and people having allergies.
