The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bedding was thin and not warm. The staff would not clean the room, even when we asked. The air unit made a clicking noise all the time, even when it was off, and kept me awake at night.

I'd like to take a moment to thank the wonderful staff at Temecula Home2 Suites and hope that this makes it to the upper management so recognition can be given for how outgoing and courteous they were. During my stay I had booked two rooms for four nights each to attend a wedding. Denis, Kalarae, Ashley & Coleen are the employees we encountered and I cannot thank them enough for giving us great local advice, providing exceptional service and putting up with us. They truly made our experience at this hotel enjoyable with zero problems encountered from check in to check out.

No Blanket on bed or spare in closet. Room was warm when we entered and went to bed, but in middle of night it got cold only to learn in the morning the heater was in the off position. The temp was 62 degrees. We did not sleep well because of this. On a positive note, the hotel is nice, staff was friendly, and the complementary breakfast was good.

If you're looking for a place to stay that provides everything, this is a great option. The room had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and the location was great! Old Town Temecula is right around the corner too (don't try to walk there though, the sidewalks don't go all the way).

Very nice hotel. Homey feel to it. Suites are good size. Has coffee maker, micro, mini frig, mini kitchen w/ sink, dishes, dish soap, sponge, towels, etc. pool outside. Workout n laundry rooms. Parking. Walking distance to FrontStreet. Near Mall, Dennys, Freeway (15). FrontStreet has slot going on a must visit. Very good employees,. Breakfast is basic, wish it were more though. I love to stay at Hilton Franchie. Always happy at Hilton. I’m a Hiltoner for The Stay. ❤️ 🙏👏🏽🇵🇹🏴‍☠️

Wow, can't believe this experience. Hilton does not give a darn about their customers or Honors customers, of which I am. I specifically asked for a top floor QUIET room. They put me in 236, noise above me and then construction in the next room-to which the front desk "no service" staff said "I didn't know about that"!!!REALLY? That is a lie as any crew that works on a hotel has to check in and get a key to the room!! The hotel doesn't have standard 4 wheel luggage carts!! They have the open bottom 3 legged kind like the airport has. I came by car and had smaller bags which was a total disaster. Their 2 burner cooktop you can check out doesn't work and the directions are not in English. They don't supply the room with lotion or conditioner. It is only by "request" and they don't tell you this when you check in. Customer Service 800# is a joke and same attitudes-too bad, it is what it is, we didn't know, blah blah blah. That a chain this large should operate this poorly is inexcusable. I wont stay here again, I suggest you don't either.

Had a nice stay here for four days in August. Staff was friendly at check in and every time I was in the lobby, even at 4AM, which made me question some of the reviews that said the opposite. Either that or the hotel manager took those comments to heart and made changes, either way, I felt welcomed and respected. Room was clean and had a large desk and plenty of space. I'm not really a breakfast person but there was the standard H2S heat and eat breakfast along with some precooked items like the Hampton style "omelets".

Very disappointed with this place, one person I dealt with is not even personable. Came down to the front desk twice and no one was there. The room was OK, carpets are stained, with a tear that’s a trip hazard. The sofa and ottoman are dirty and stained as well. The office chair is also stained. Don’t know why these things aren’t getting cleaned. 1 face towel was grayish that we didn’t touch it. I was expecting something good specially in Temecula. Although the bed and pillows are very comfy, that made it a little better. But everything else was a disappointment. At the breakfast area, no one was maintaining cleanliness, drips all over the counter and floor from the unattended waffle maker. No one refilling the orange juice dispenser and noe one refilling empty hot sauce bottles. Good was ok though compared to other hotels in the area.

As far as the stay, the hotel is nice and decent. The rooms are nice and have everything you need for a family stay. I have stayed at Home 2 Suites before and would definitely stay again at another location. Great hotel for families. The problem was customer service and respecting your customer. I booked a 1 night stay with my family at this location after a long day at a San Diego amusement park. We decided to stay here rather than drive all the way home. One of the reasons we chose to book here is because Hilton offers a free late check out til 2 pm for AARP members. We arrived to the hotel about 10pm, so we were hoping to take advantage of the late check out. When I arrived, I spoke with Kaycie about checking out late. She informed me that she was new & didn’t know who to apply it or look for it. She was very nice & respectful. When she asked for help from Alex, that’s when the attitude and bad customer service started. Right away Alex told me that the late check out offer didn’t exist and told me that the only way he would allow a late check out till 2pm, is if you pay for it. His attitude was disrespectful and he insinuated that I was lying about the offer while I’m standing there with my family. He didn’t even check the computer to see if the offer was attached to my reservation or to see if they could accommodate me. He was so sure that I was lying about the offer, he told me that the only way he would be able to allow it is if I showed him the offer. No problem, I went on my phone and showed him the offer straight from the Hilton app where I booked as a Hilton rewards member. At this point he looked at it, and said “it says upon availability, and we don’t have it available” as we walked away with a sassy attitude. This was disrespectful customer service and he had already told me that 2pm check was available if I paid for it. So technically it was available, the offer just makes it free. So I respectfully agreed to a 12pm checkout and went to my room so that my family and baby could sleep. I appreciated at least a 12pm late checkout. The next day at about 10:50 am my family is walking down down the hallway as I stood in the door way to our room. The Supervising Housekeeper Jovina, decided to rudely interrupt my conversation to ask when I was checking out. I told a little bit later. Then with an attitude, she rudely said “well check out is at 11am”. I told her okay, well not for us because Alex had agreed to let us have a 12pm check out. She continued to harrass me about checking out, telling me that she wasn’t informed about the late checkout and that I wasn’t on her list for late checkout. I immediately went down to the front desk to speak to Ethan about this issue. I did not appreciate the attitude from Alex the prior night and then I had to deal with a rude housekeeper the next morning. I explained everything to Ethan and he apologized. He offered to give me 5,000 points points to my Hilton Rewards account. I have no idea what that will do for me, but I said whatever ok. He told me I should see it in my account by 2-3 days. 2 weeks later those points still have not been added to my account. Now I feel like he just told me anything in order to brush me off. Also when I spoke with Ethan, I asked if there were any managers that I can speak with. So at 11am, Ethan claimed that there wasn’t a manager on site to speak with. Not one manager out of the two who were suppose to be there.
