The employee that worked in the morning was awful. I travel with a service animal while my husband was loading the car and waking my service dog his car was deactivated. We checked the second card same thing didn’t work someone turned off access at 10:30 am. Also we called for a late check out before he got the sentence out Carmen said NO. He tried to explain my condition and asked for my time to get out. She said “no late check out” and hung up on him. Really nice hotel that is dog friendly. The property is back from the highway and quiet. There is a grassy area along the back and poo bags are provided. There are restaurants within walking distance too.

I stayed here to celebrate a friend's birthday party and was very dissatisfied. I used a bunch of the points I had earned for a hotel room that was right next to the elevator. Housekeeping did not remove some food from the fridge, and who knows how long it was there for. I found a roach in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a bust too. There was no hot food, just pre packaged things.

This is a total dump of Temecula! The hotel photo online is old, when I booked online it says hot breakfast is included with your hotel stay, nope that’s not the case at these location. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel we’re shocked because their located behind a back alley of the business with homeless people as your view on your window. they’ve should tear this place down . Additionally, pool was closed so after we’ve walk around downtown Temecula we were looking forward to use the pool can’t use it is closed down. Unless you have no where to stay be my guest stay at this hotel, otherwise stay away. The hard part about it when we’re driving to downtown Temecula we passed all the nice hotels. My husband got angry at me because he said “why we managed to stay in a dump”.…

graveyard manager should be fired for questioning my service dog and my disability then trying to make me pay him $20 just to access my room which he assigned on the 2nd floor and was stairwell access only when i specifically asked for a handicap access ground floor room with 2 beds! honestly this guy should be fired for being rude and unprofessional then asking me for $20 just to get my room key! Weary midnight travellers, Beware!

Start to finish, an outstanding visit at the La Quinta, Temecula! Front desk was beyond fantastic. clean and fresh, throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a little light, but I can live with that. Mostly cereals for kids. Thank goodness for the coffee and Danish.

Really convenient location! Close by the promenade which had great restaurants and shopping. Also very family friendly location. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and tidy. Parking was super easy. We didn’t get to enjoy the swimming pool but it was nice to have the option had we had enough time during our stay. The hotel front desk help was extremely helpful and friendly.

My husband and son were there over the weekend for a lacrosse tournament. All the hotels were booked and overpriced but luckily we found this place in my cc points except it was still $450. We thought La quinta would be a reputable brand to stay in but we were wrong. My husband and son checked in, went to dinner and came back to the room with a homeless man sleeping on their bed!!!!! My son was so traumatized and couldn’t sleep for his game the next day. The staff had no explaination. They were nice enough to move them to a random room and gave us a refund (even tho it was a hassle since I was dealing with it with my card for an hour). I still think this is truly unacceptable and dangerous. There is clearly lack of security there if the man had a copy of our key! I do not recommend this place at all.…

$770 for 2 nights with no housekeeping services. We had to go to the front desk for towels but they ran out. The air conditioning does not stay on during the night. The temperature was the lowest it could go at 60 degrees. The fan would kick on and off but the room never got cool enough to sleep comfortably.
