We stayed 2 nights in Alder Cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin has a great fireplace that kept us warm & toasty. The kitchen is small but has pretty much everything you need, the cabin has lots of windows to let the sunshine in, and a big deck to enjoy a beverage or enjoy the peace & quiet.... More

For the Tahoe area, most everything is rustic. That means not luxurious. You're in the mountains. This place is rustic. It was clean and well-appointed--for the Tahoe area. It's quaint and pleasant, but it is not fancy at all. The bed was not too good--valley in the middle (the sleeper sofa was awful.) The bedroom was very small--you had to... More

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) with 2 dogs. We had a quick one-night stay on Dec. 23rd at cabin Aspen. The bed in the loft was very comfortable and our girls slept nicely on the sofa bed. The lodge is small, but accommodated us just fine for the night. I think it would have been... More

I checked in late and she had my keys waiting. Unit was very clean and bed was comfortable. I love the small touches of high end soaps and towels. I also liked the fresh ground coffee grinder with Traders joes coffee.

Some friends chose the Tahoma Lodge for July 4th weekend stay. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, easy to find, close to a small market, near bike/walk path that went along Hwy 89. Close to Homewood, Sunnyside, and Meeks Bay. My friends liked having a small porch and nice cutlery for preparing meals. I slept on a futon, which... More

Just returned from a great stay at the Tahoma Lodge on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. While most other lodges have fallen in these hard times (several are now foreclosed), the Tahoma Lodge is still alive and well! It has to be due to the outstanding customer service given by the manager, Natalia, or the wonderful owners (who's names... More

We stayed 6 nights at the Jeffrey cottage with 3 other skiers and we all loved this cottage.. Some furniture were old but comfortable and beds were great to sleep on. No wonder we slept well and so warmly ( the outside temp was 4 deg.), Our bed had 4 fleece blankets, Tks to the German lady Natallia who carefully... More

We stayed in the Aspen Cabin for three nights in October. The good.... A nice kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. A new couch in the living room and a new flat panel TV! The bed had new, clean (SOFT!) linens and was very warm. The location is within walking distance to West Side Pizza (VERY good!), the local general store, and... More

They called this "rustic", that's a design term. This place was "old",incredible out dated. The furniture was uncomfortable, the room arrangement just did not work, the toilet didn't flush without holding down the handle, some of the lights worked, and some did not. Now,we are an older couple, the loft containing the bed had a drop down ladder that HAD... More

When we arrived there were a couple of ants on the floor. We vacuumed them up. They multiplied. We vacuumed the entire place, removed the hall way runner carpet and found a bunch. Vacuumed more. We could not walk around without shoes. We called the management and they came the next day and let off bug bombs in our cabin.... More
