We enjoyed our one night here. The staff was friendly, and had cookies for us at check-in. The room had artificial hardwood floors with rugs at the beside. The were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and roomy. the bathroom had a water efficient dual flush toilet, which is good for conserving water. The frig was small...

When we checked in I was exhausted from driving all the way from Klamath Falls to Susanville plus hiking the Bumpass Hell trail in Lassen Volcanic National Park where I mildly strained my knee. It was late and I knew we'd probably be roomed on the second floor and I didn't want to carry up the luggage with my bum...

This Best Western was a basic motel room. We had a King bed. Room appeared to have been recently refurbished. WiFi was terrible, but desk manager noted this wasn't a hotel problem but Frontier communications problem. Susanville is small and this appeared ton be a decent average place.Bed was firm, room clean

Very dog friendly! Property is undergoing major exterior facelift yet room we had was super up to date. Very nice laminate floors, no more carpets! Although the outside temperature was 11F, it was very cozy inside. Breakfast options were very adequate and restaurant was clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool was not available, duh!

We were very happy with the suite we got. The furnishings were new and beautiful, and the separate room was a must when traveling with our two kids. The deal they had for breakfast at Lumberjack's next door was also nice.

The room had not been heated prior to our arrival; it was very cold and we had to run the heater on high heat with max fan to heat the room, which took about 30 minutes to become comfortable. Otherwise, good service and a good breakfast menu at the Lumberjack next door where we used our BW voucher. Good service...

We stayed here for the night so we could explore the Cinder Cone in Lassen. The room was nice as it had just undergone renovation. Breakfast was at Lumberjacks which was usually packed and slow. We were not very happy at spending so much time for breakfast when we could have had that extra time at the park.
