I stayed at the Sheraton as a last resort just to get out of town for my birthday. i was highly impressed by the agent who checked me in- Usman (sp?). It was late at night and i appreciated his energy and upbeat personality. I needed a quick recommendation for a late night scene, which he was able to provide...

I stayed at the property because the Sheraton San Jose and Sheraton Palo, my "go to" hotels in the area were booked. I have to say service was stellar, but the property is clearly dated. The hotel feels more like a roadside motel of the past than a modern silicon valley business hotel. It works, but would not be my...

I'd like to give my highest regards and recommendation for the Sheraton in Sunnyvale, CA, mainly because of its accommodating front desk service. Running late for a flight, it was clear that the hotel shuttle was not going to make it back in time to come get me and take me to the airport. Frazzled and overheated, Eleanor, one of...

stayed here for just a night, front desk was both friendly and helpful. hiccup was that the key i was given did not work and i had to make a small trek back to the front desk. Usman was so helpful and genuinely apologetic for the incident; he made me 3 keys and walked us back to our building to...

Large sprawling Sheraton, close to freeways and san jose airport. mostly a business hotel. rates are high for mid week, try to get some discounts offered. internet is $10 if not a Platinum Member, has pool and fitness area. Front desk staff ,one was new, gave very little map to find room, two floors, no elevator, choose wisely on location...

I had a great 2-night stay here. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating and really made our stay. The rooms were well-kept and clean. We missed the first round of housekeeping and asked that the staff return later - and they did. (Although that's the way it's supposed to work, it doesn't always happen as promptly!) We...

Great choice near the airport. Airport transportaion is availible 7am-11pm. We arrived late and had to pay $46 for a taxi. This is one of the nicest Sheratons I have stayed at with nice linens and comfortable beds .Ii would definetly reconsider Sheraton propertys if they were all this nice.

Employees at front desk very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent location near highway. Had a little bit of disturbance with sleep with people talking very loudly in the room next door, but luckily that didn't last too long.

I was at the Hotel on March 10 - 11, 2012 and needed help in moving in. The help was provided by Mr. De'Shaun Mc Gregor and he was very helpful and much appreciated. I would recommend this Hotel to others for pleasure or business stays. Regards, Richard Clever
