A lovely hotel in every way. Clean and inviting, friendly and receptive to any need you may have. The price and value is excellent and superior! We will always stay at the Grand Hotel every time we stay in Sunnyvale, CA. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

We stayed at the hotel because it was close to our destination. It exceeded our expectations. We got a great value through Expedia and wasn't expecting this level of luxury for this price. I think we got a great deal - and then large rooms, a full breakfast, and quiet!

Stayed in village room for one night after Christmas which is supposed to be the second top room here. Room is spacious and is considered to be okay for the money. Nothing special or fancy as the outside look of the hotel may impress you.

Perfect price/value relation. Rooms are very good made and in proper condition. Staff is very helpful and the omlette chefs are just great! Everything is very nice made and maintained, also the heated pool and the area around. The rooms are extremely quiet.

My only gripe was my family and I had to wait about 20 minutes just to check in. To add your associate failed to acknowledge us while we patiently waited. I understand there was only 1 staff member behind your counter but a simple "Hello I'll be right with you" or a better solution perhaps is to have enough staff...

The room was very spacious and the decor was stunning. The bed is very comfortable, I feel to sleep the moment my head hit the pillow. Also, the room was very sound proof, I could not hear anyone in the adjacent rooms.

The room is great and clean. The hot breakfast is very nice. The food is very fresh especially the customized omelette. Yummy!! Great hotel to stay when visiting San Francisco. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit SF.

We really enjoyed the accommodations and breakfast bar! Our room exceeded our expectations. Although they do not have a gym they provided passes for 24 hours fitness. Our room even had a gas fire place, a kitchen and a separate bedroom.

Great find. I was impressed with the cleanliness, quality of service, support of the staff, and the hotel. I'll definitely be back next year. My room was a suite with a fireplace, perfect for the holiday experience.
