My 67 year old mother and I decided to get away for the weekend but made a horrible mistake when booking this hotel! Not ADA compliant! Even thought the hotel description on Hotels.com stated the entire hotel was wheelchair accessible, when we arrived they put us on the second floor and there is no elevator! My mother is recovering from...

While management has reached out to contact this guest privately, I would also like to apologize for the apparent lack of follow up by the staff. As we have ADA compliant accommodations, we will use this breakdown in communication as a training for our staff to better serve our future guests.

The location was awesome; the hotel's decor was pretty cool! The free breakfast was a plus. The front office person was extremely helpful! Although the room was little small in size, but overall comfort level in the room was pretty reasonable!

We have stayed here several times and they have recently changed their pet policy to be PSEUDO-pet friendly $60 fee is exorbitant and not c/w with pet friendliness, in my opinion. If you stay 3 nights (max - what is that all about?? with a pet) you wind up paying $20/night--still high. The accommodations are quite fine, and clean-up to...

Thank you for your feedback. As we have recently renovated, our goal is not to be punitive with our pet fee, but rather keep our newly refurbished product to a new level of cleanliness and excellence. The nightly pet charge is to cover the expenses of ensuring that those who are hypoallergenic or otherwise affected by four legged friends are...

Stayed here for a week for a business trip. Didn't care much about the swimming pool or free breakfast. That said, both seemed really popular and crowded. Saw a lot of tourist buses there - they seem to reserve a lot of rooms. Good: * Clean spacious rooms * Comfy bed * Great housekeeping * Quiet * Allow late checkins...

Traveled here on military business; the rates for area hotels of national chains were of the typical California rate and far outside of our per diem allowance; the Wild Palms offered us the military per diem rate for our 4 night stay. This is a boutique hotel; while the outside may appear dated to some, just inside the securely gated...

Room was clean, pool was refreshing and not overly crowded, complimentary breakfast was wonderful - lots to choose from! Staff was spectacular. So friendly and helpful. A wonderful oasis after long work days. Wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay when I return to the area.

I had a nice time at the Wild Palms. They are remodeling right now so I'll cut them some slack for the dust and the drab exterior appearance. My room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there were no strange smells. I even tore the bed apart looking for stains and bedbugs but there were none. I was pleased...

I was in town for work and I stayed at the Wild Palms for one night. The service, was excellent, the atmosphere is very friendly and less businessy than most hostels I stay at, which was a nice switch for me. The area by the pool is great to relax.
