This is a small place, cosy and quiet up Pine. Very local and quiet spot , good if u need just a few days out of town to relax and rest , but nothing much to do here now as too cold. The massage by Natalie ( owner ) was really so unbelievable good that worth every penny. Rick is...

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, peaceful, relaxing, nothing to bring but yourself and clothing - management so helpful and laid back - everything you could want for a great experience with great friends and happy times when visiting California from overseas.

We stayed here last year which was the first time in these cabins. I've been coming to this area for the past 35 years and stayed at most of the resorts in the area and have rented private cabins. This seems to be the better value. The cabins here in Strawberry are clean, comfortable, they have all that we needed...

I spent 4 days here (Fir Cabin) with my husband and in-laws and it was great! The cabins were much larger than I expected and the river runs right below where you can spend a day fishing and catching fresh trout for dinner:) I recommend you bring the majority of food with from home unless you are planning on driving...

We have been staying at the Cabins at Strawberry on Presidents Day Weekend for probably the past 10 years. The cabins are very large with a large living room with sofa sleeper, TV and gas fireplace, large kitchen table with 6 chairs, huge kitchen with basic dishes and pots and pans and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You can...

We were driving west on Sonora Pass and came upon the tiny burg of Strawberry. Hidden 50 yards down a little paved road, we saw a sign for Cabins at Strawberry. What a lovely place! We arrived a day before the "season" was to start and rented a large cabin with all the amenities for under $150. The best part...

We moved from a nearby awful experience to this lovely cluster of cabins. The owners are fantastic, the cabins comfortable, bright, open and clean, and the price is absolutely right. Perfect for families. If you are going in the summer or peak ski time, I recommend booking sooner rather than later, as they seem to be pretty busy during high...

We loved our stay! Cabins are reasonably priced and great if you have a large family or two families vacationing together. Kitchens are convenient and well-stocked. Strawberry is a cute little town and the Cabins are extremely close to Pinecrest Lake. They also have an off-season special in the Fall and Spring--we are trying to come back then. I definately...

“Recommend cabins C, D, or E - others may have a path to carry all your stuff or stairs. Manzanita has a limit of 4 guests and has 1 bdrm and a loft, with kitchen and living room. The other cabins sleep 8.”
