You think you see the sticker at your room door with a seal of "Hilton clean stay"means clean? Think again. I brought a lysol wipes to clean the place before we settle down for the night. The first one I wiped was the lamp table next to the bed. The wipe turned to the darkest brown and something sticky. My son and I felt absolutely mortified. We also see smudges or hand marks on the door knobs and microwave door. We felt utter betrayal after having seen the "CleanStay" seal that indicated that the room was supposed to be spotless. However, we discovered the exact opposite. I wish I could post the video of the entire wiping process that we did. That said the bed was comfy. Bottom line: Don't just believe what the hotel tells you. Do a test clean yourself.
You will be charged a $50 dollar hold for "incidentals" and your $15 parking fee will be take out of that. So you will receive $35 dollars back. The room was clean and so was the restroom. The bed was clean and firm. There were some stains on the carpet but not a big deal. Hotel is modern and up to date. The front desk clerk was informative and professional. There is a laundry facility on site which is $2 to wash per load.
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and honestly... we’re looking forward to our next stay :) Cameron and Green who helped me over the phone, as well as in person when we arrived a little bit past our check in time, were great and made sure that we were taken care of and our questions related to the stay, room, and recent Covid adjustments were answered. Simple and proper customer service goes a long way! Bumper to see that the breakfast, restaurant bar, and gym was closed because of the pandemic but everything was just as advertised and cleannnn. Thank you!
Kyja welcomed us and explained everything very nicely. And wished us happy anniversary as well. Cameron was very attentive and had a little surprise upon our arrival which was amazing ! Cristina was very nice as well and provided amazing hospitality. But overall everyone provided that from the check in time to check out time which was well appreciated! Thank you and stay safe!
I cannot say enough good things about the people working at the Hilton Garden Inn in South San Francisco. I have had 12 trips to the same area in the last 4 months....and purposely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because the staff all go out of their way to make me feel special. *Nelly (one of your Servers in the dining area) Greets me like an old friend. Always cheerful, with kind words and helpful. She shows she appreciates the business. *Ravi & Adora (2 other servers in the dining area) remember me by name , know what I like for breakfast, gets my coffee before I am even sitting down, know I order an egg white omelet with Specific toppings, etc. what great service! *Mark at the front desk has been helpful with numerous suggestions for local restaurants, attractions, events, etc. Overall - excellent customr service. My thanks to them all!!!…
