Room was dirty, service was terrible. This would have been a better stay at motel 6. There was a cigar crushed in the bathtub. The elevator was very shakey and would stick and jerk on floor 2. Most of the time we took the stairs.

Although there weren't crack heads everywhere, it was dirty and lacked care. The room was not clean old donut on the floor. We liked the room only because it was big and we were able to fit our family.

The hotel is in terrible shape and very noisy and we had to hear a brawl next door after a long flight It served a stop for a night and would have chosen other hotels had I known what a dive this was the owners are polite and did arrange the taxi quickly from the airport to hotel

I stayed here in Dec 2019 and they did not charge the parking fee of $10/day. However I stayed here again in Jan 2020, the front desk said they now charge $10/day for onsite parking. The parking charges are not clearly listed on their website, so they need to add this to their website. I can understand if a hotel in downtown San Francisco charges for parking, but this hotel is in South San Francisco! I chose to stay in South San Francisco to avoid the daily parking charges, but from now on I'd rather stay at hotels in SF which are closer to all the sightseeing/activities.

This is a decent hotel in terms of location. Convenient and close to the airport. Rooms are average but you cannot get more for this price. Customer service is average too. Although breakfast is included in the room rent there is hardly anything yo would call a breakfast. Basically cinnamon and apple rolls and some coffee.
