Very clean and tailored. I like the lumberjack motif. Had absolutely everything I need for a good night’s stay; mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker and supplies, great TV, free Wi-Fi, fluffy white towels. A few other items I don’t usually need, but would be ever so handy if I did need them; such as, safe, nice closet, iron and board. Bed was very comfortable.
Modern and stylish hotel. In love with every detail. Clean and bright room. Pleasant staff. The room has all the necessary amenities. But the acoustics in the toilet are not the best😅. If you travel with friends, you need to know that everything is very audible 🙈 But the impressions remained only good. I would say a very good price for such a hotel 👍🏻
Very clean and comfortable room. Room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, bath supplies and was very modern/updated. Very quiet area and short walk to restaurants/shops. Downtown and easy to get to the highway, casino and shopping areas.
Smooth check-in (across the street at Sonora Inn), Friendly front desk, cozy, clean room and property. Walkable area. Near all shops and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back. The only thing was the body wash in the shower was low
Very clean and updated interior. The ice machine is loud and I would not have a room near it. Upstairs occupants can be heard walking around, so I would recommend an upstairs room. The curtains should be more light blocking as there are bright outdoor lights.
As other reviewers have said, this place is an old motel complex that’s been brought right up to date. I appreciated the design element that has gone into renovating it. Very centrally located and comfortable beds. No issue with parking despite other reviews. No LED strip lighting in room as stated on website, in fact our bedside lights didn’t work at all. Breakfast adequate but underwhelming and served in hotel next door. Kitchen staff clearing with their coats and hats on, not a great look. Main issues - internet patchy and dropped out for over 2 hours. Politely queried with reception who weren’t interested and could offer no explanation. Rooms noisy with every movement above us heard and people up and down exterior stairs. Boy racers passing (admittedly Saturday night) irritating. Very compact rooms. Ideal for solo or couples but we were three adults. Only two towels supplied.…
Don't be fooled by the name. It's a motel, not a hotel. For a motel though, I consider this very nice.It was renovated, and it shows. The bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting. I had an ADA room and there was plenty of room to use my walker. If a person used a wheelchair, the design of the bathroom was perfect to accommodate this need. We did take advantage of the breakfast each morning across the street at the Sonora Inn. A perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. The price was right, too. As every parking lot space was taken, you can tell this is a popular place to stay. We would definitely return.
Parking lot is very compact. My vehicle is small and I had a ton of trouble fitting into the spots. Received a parking ticket because of no parking available in the area both nights I returned to the hotel. Rooms are nice and modern. Lots of plugs. Sound proof is okay. Water pressure was better than most.
This hotel was great. It was probably the smallest hotel I've ever stayed in but it was still perfect. Clean and comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast and amazing staff. Close to everything. Easy parking. Safe environment. Will stay here again.
From the outside, it just looks like any other motel. When you get to you room, it’s time to be surprised! Rooms were renovated and it’s really nice looking inside. From the bed, to the TV, to the small appliances, to the shower… everything was well done! You can also have a great breakfast, even with a waffle maker! It’s location is also good as you can walk to anywhere in Sonora.
