Having read the other reviews, I feel I really have to comment about our stay last year. We arrived quite late in Sonoma and were looking for somewhere a bit better than average and The Cottage Inn & Spa seemed to be just the place. The B&B nightly asking price for the available room was over $400, but as we...

We stayed here for two nights at the start of our three week USA vacation. We had the upstairs room which is lovely. Big doors open to the roof top views over the countryside. So close to Sonoma square makes a morning stroll for coffee easy. We loved Sonoma and all the nearby vineyards. The Cottage Inn was so restful....

I found out about this place via http://townhog.com, so my wife and I were fortunately enough to get an introduction to one of their deluxe suites for half off, but it would have been worth every penny at full price. We are definitely going to be returning to this place. The location is just a block away from the main...

We were surprised at the size of our room and the kitchen was stocked with extras (even milk and orange juice in the full size fridge!) including granite counters and a wine fridge. The fire place with a pair of chic leather chair recliners and a wonderful intimate dining table in the front courtyard view window. The bathroom was a...

We selected the Cottage Inn and Spa after reading the Trip Advisor reviews and we are very happy we did!! We had the East Suite, which has a fireplace and hot tub, but also a private serene and comfortable garden area. In addition, in the evening, the courtyard fountain and firepit was warm and inviting and we were able to...

My girlfriend & I stumbled across this gem while visiting Sonoma after a week long San Francisco trip. We left a wedding down in Livermore and decided to try Sonoma for a few days. We pulled into the town having no clue where to stay. Ahh...let's try Trip Advisor! We viewed 2 other hotels (didn't even consider a B&B) and...

We stayed at the Cottage Inn and Spa with a group of 6 couples, and we could not have asked for better accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the common areas were great for allowing us time to visit outside our rooms. We will definitely stay here again!

Six of us came out for our anniversary to spend 2 days wine tasting and shopping. Great hospitality from the staff and great distance from the square. Can walk to the square for dinner and shopping.

My husband and I celebrated our 29 wedding anniversary in Sonoma and Carmel by the sea. Our room was beautiful, large, comfortable and relaxing. I have stayed at many b&bs and this is one of my top places to stay. The building is perfectly painted, landscaped, breakfast every morning was delicious. We made our coffee in our kitchen and it...
