Great location close to both Sonoma Vineyards and the Napa Valley. Large rooms, big comfy. Bed, recliner chairs and a gas fire place. This would be the best hotel we have stayed at with all the comforts of home. They even have real crockery coffee mugs instead of cardboard like most USA hotels. Would recommend this hotel.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We were so lucky to have stayed here. Large, renovated, comfortable room and bathroom. Spacious and clean. Lots of little perks like a gorgeous selection of teas, biscotti, chocolates, and ecofriendly, luxury bath products. Breakfast will blow your mind. Everything is fresh and locally made. The service is excellent: friendly, kind and courteous.

El Pueblo mostly felt like an old-fashioned motel that had made some updates. Anyplace that still uses huge comforters needs to modernize at least that part. The front desk was excellent: very friendly every day but we didn't make any actual demands. I agree with other reviews about the weird noise "promise" as it's really up to any proper establishment...

The asking price for a room was $189, but with a triple "A" or AARP card they brought it down to $159. The room was on the second of 2 floors, overlooking these beautiful trees and ferns, flowers and fountains. At the end of the path was a good size swimming pool and spa, surrounded by more huge trees and...

Stayed here 3.5yrs ago and not changed much, think they have put more effort into the grounds but unsure why they still have turquoise doors! Good breakfast included with usual stuff, local pastries, bagels, fruit, juices etc, coffee at this not as good as the stuff included in the room. Front desk really helpful; sorting bike hire, places to see...

Although older and somewhat dated the property was clean and quiet. It is a long walking distance from downtown Sonoma. We were greeted with a wine tasting and breakfast the next day was more than adequate. The grounds are well manicured and the pool is inviting. We had a lower floor room. It was noisy when people arrived to ty...

A very service oriented property, well maintained and great pool area. While the property is a bit older, they have looked after it beautifully and it is a great buy. They could spruce up their breakfast offerings and that is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars.

Heated pool and hot tub adjacent to a small but perfectly adequate fitness center. Landscaping is very nice and rooms had pleasant balconies. Rooms are good sized and well maintained . The bathrooms have a nice 1950s tiled vibe but are modern.

Not sure why this place gets rave reviews from others. It's clean, but soulless and ironically they have a noise policy despite being on the junction on the main road - you can hear the traffic from the rooms and the pool area. Massively expense for what it is

Dear Gmaple, Thank you for your feedback- I'm very sorry to hear that we fell short during your recent stay with us. Though it may be hard to picture, in 1958 when we were built, the land El Pueblo Inn sits on was surrounded by nothing but empty land. Times have changed and Sonoma has grown up around us. We...
