Clean and spacious, well maintained rooms in the middle of Sebastopol town, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nice courtyard, and off the main road, which makes your nights quite a bit more quiet compared to most motels. Not the cheapest place to stay, but i guess wine country doesn't do cheap.

The Sebastopol Inn is nothing overly fancy - but it has some great attributes. The rooms are pleasant. Our room looked out on a leg of the Joe Rodota trail and surrounding woods. This is a great trail for running, cycling or a nice walk. One of my continual disappointments when traveling is the quality of the in-room coffee. Not...

I write this to the owner of the Inn. Great location and nice courtyard! This lovely Inn is in need of a serious update (get rid of top blanket/use a replaceable sheet instead). The person at the front desk is not so people friendly. There is no "how was your drive on this hot day" . He just gives the...

I needed a last minute room for only one night due to a water main leak at my home. I live in this town. The inn was excellent and the front desk was very helpful. I would stay again. They did not have a breakfast but a coffee shop is right next door. There was in room coffee.

We've stayed here many times while visiting family in town. The location is great and you can walk to the cute downtown and local shops and restaurants. The adjacent Coffee Catz is a charming coffee shop with great coffee and service and behind the inn is access to the fantastic Joe Rodata biking/walking trail. The Barlow food/shopping complex is across the...

Sebastopol Inn has a distinct advantage of location, situated in the heart of downtown Sebastopol and within walking distance of shops and several excellent restaurants. The Inn looks fairly rustic from the exterior, and room decor is a bit dated, hence the four-star rating. However, there are many positive aspects to this property beyond the location. First is the staff,...

Sebastopol Inn, Grass Valley, Ca, This is a interesting place. I like it. It has two floors similar to many motels. U-shaped, there is a very pleasant courtyard in the center. The facility is behind another building that faces hwy 12, a very busy street. So it is reasonably quiet. The other building houses a coffee house call Coffee Catz....

Nice large rooms . Very clean. Sets back off the street. Owner is very accommodating. Surrounding gardens and wooden garden swings add such a nice touch. Pool and hot tub look inviting. Beds are very comfortable.

Very quiet; courtyard is peaceful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Pool was perfect. Owner is a very knowledgeable and experienced inn keeper. Coffee shops just nearby; we especially liked the one across the street and behind the store.

We've been traveling through wine country. We spent one night here...that was 1 night too many. It was dated, dingy and loud. There's shops across the street, which most are closed on Mondays and the ones that were open didn't offer much. The inn and the town are better off driving past!
