Very friendly staff. They quickly received us in and got us into a very nice room. The room was spacious, extremely clean and fresh smelling. We had plenty of room to put our luggage, and our personal items.

While looking for a hotel in Seaside I was offered a deal for 50 dollars a night so I took the chance. I was working in Seaside and needed a place for 3 nights. I booked a smoking room with one queen bed. What a great surprise this turned out to be. The furniture is dated but the room was...

I stayed here on a long term basis due to business. The daily housekeeping kept the room clean, along with a fresh supply of towels and linens. The room always smelled fresh and clean. It is conveniently located to all major attractions in and around the Monterey Peninsula.

We stayed at the Econolodge for the weekend and needed a place close to Fort Ord as well as Montery's wharf and tourist area. This place was very central, close to the freeway but no so close that you could hear it. They have a basic but adequate breakfast out, and the rooms are decent sized. They also offer smoking...

Got this place as an Express Deal on Priceline for a really, really cheap price. Was given room 202, back building. Completely quiet. Heat was fine. TV worked. Fridge and microwave worked. Coffee in the morning was decent, and the fruit was fresh. For a VERY basic economy stay, what's not to like?

the room smelled extremely moldy and they would not accomodate another room. The woman in charge was very rude and we had to revert to our booking agent to get us out of there as they themselves couldnt get her to cooperate. Syat away from there

I slept at midnight and was sadly fully awake at 4 am and had started writing this review while staying at this hotel. I have stayed in many different kinds of hotels, mostly budget ones, and thus far, this is my second worst hotel stay -- first one is a hotel in Malaysia with bed bugs! First off, I really...

Stayed here after a late whale watching trip in Monterey. We needed somewhere to shower and sleep. This fitted the bill. But I would not stay here any longer than a few hours. Bathroom clean and there was a microwave and fridge. But no way to make a hot drink. No paper cups provided. Furniture old a and dirty. Our...
