We had travelled up the Pacific Coast Highway staying in mostly motels along the way so arriving at our room was so exciting!!! Luxury at last!! The checking in staff were friendly and helpful... It helps if you're an early riser as they seem to clean outside the rooms with some sort of industrial vacuum before 8am some mornings! The...

Great location. Rooms are okay. Not worth the price! Terrible cell reception in the rooms. You may go back to your room during a day of fun and find that your room has not been cleaned. They say that they guarantee the room to be ready by 4:30pm which seems unreasonable. I would look at other hotel options next time....

I was not planning to stay, but after 2 cramped and uncomfortable nights on a tiny houseboat, we left early and stayed at Casa Madrona. Our stay could not have been nicer or more comfortable! The view was beautiful, the room was spacious and well appointed and our room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed as well.

Won't be back. Poor service, dirty room, great location is all that they have going. The value for what you get is not good. It was a motel like experience. They need to send their staff to ritz Carlton for training

Very nice hotel, but expensive. The staff was very friendly and help with printing documents and getting a suit cleaned and pressed. The hotel is split into different sections so at times there was not an elevator that went to the level of your room, and to get to the other side of the hotel you have to take several...

Beautiful location... Absolutely no amenities, not even a bottle of water. The pillows are the worst I have ever slept on. The staff were extremely friendly. If I were to stay in this area again, I would research different options for places to stay.

Casa Madrona is by far the best Hotel around, and after i stayed here several years ago, passing through, I was sure i would be back one day. Which also poses a risk things are not as good as you thought they were, especiallly if you take family along. But this was again a fantastic, stylish, and soothing experience. The...

We stayed here back in December, 2015 and came back for our anniversary. It is a great place to stay. Our first stay was in a courtyard room. No view of the bay, but the room offered a large soak tub so we were not disappointed. This most recent stay we upgraded to a cottage with a bay view. This...

My wife and I stayed in a fantastic suite at the top of the hotel. The views were unparalleled and the rooms were immaculate and spacious. Everything was clean and elegant with lots of charm. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone.
