We have stayed here many times. The rooms are comfortable and nice! If you like gaming, you have to stay at the hotel. It is easy and safe access to the casino! Lots of great food choices! The buffet is good and the steak house is really good! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly!…
The hotel room was very very comfortable, upscale linens and mattress. Was a little disappointed that we paid extra for a balcony room and the view was of the valet driveway where cars line up to get parked. So be sure to ask for a Mountain View room. But other than that the room was really really nice and worth the Money. …
We were loooking for a one night getaway following a few day family event in Santa Barbara. After a short ride up the coast with beautiful vistas on both land and sea, we arrived at Solvang. It is a bustling vllage with old world shops and restaurants and a nice place to kill a few hours. Late in the afternoon we checked into the nearby Chumash Hotel. The staff was so courteous, the place is as clean as can be and the room was magnificent!! We had a corner room with a balcony which overlooked the front of the hotel and the scenic, sprawling mountains, so nice that we sat there and had our breakfast on Monday morning! Having just spent a few days in a disappointing Air B&B, the luxury of our hotel room and its nice decor were greatly appreciated! The bathroom was spacious and well lit and there were plenty of plush towels. The only disappointment was with my wife who felt the non-smoking section of the Casino was way too small to provide enough clean air to enjoy herself. All in all, the Chumash is defintely going to be on our list of places to stay when we get back out to the Santa Barbara area. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, the price was right & the location in a such a sceninc location is not to be missed.…
Nice drive up the coast, swing inland and there you are. Great front desk help (lady helping us said she is the hotel manager). Wished us a happy anniversary and offered us a nice gift. We were very grateful. Wantes to try the high end resturant, but did buffet wehe we found it was half price on Wednesdays! Really quite good! We will be back soon i hope.…
Upon checking in at the front desk with Isabelle “Yazzie”, we were provided the most generous hospitality for the 24 hours we were visiting. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay from the suite to the pool time to the amazing dinner at Willow’s... looking forward to another get away at the Chumash as soon as possible!!!!!!…
