Room was clean, bed & pillows were very comfortable...above average accommodations for the money. The best part of the stay was the service we received from Chris the concierge. Stayed here for a week while filming in Napa Valley. The rooms are large, clean and reasonably priced. The Napa film festival was going on so rooms were somewhat at a premium...even Fountaingrove which is a 45+ minute drive from Napa. We paid $200+ a night. got what we paid for - we needed a place to stay for the night in Santa Rosa and found this place on Hotwire. Room was clean, pet friendly, staff was welcoming. Place was easy to get to from the freeway.

The Fountaingrove is a very nice hotel, much better than we anticipated. We did have a problem with the air conditioning in our room and while it was not corrected the staff did everything possible to correct the problem. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Easy access to and from the freeway. I will certainly stay there again the next time I am in wine country.

This hotel is waaaaay to expensive for the quality and ambience.We stayed here because our 30th high school reunion was held in one of their facilities. Would never stay here again. We asked for a room with a nice view. They said their rooms with a view of the round barn were the best but you actually just had parked...

We checked into this very lovely hotel, as we have many times before, and was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was spacious and comfy and we decided to dine in rather than to go out. For a more extensive menue my husband decided to order directly from their restaurant rather than the room service menu...

No microwave, besides this it was a nice up scale place in a nice town. Stayed on the back side of the hotel and it was quiet. The in room menu for the restaurant was outdated and had items the restaurant no longer offered. It was an overpriced place to stay and I am sure there are more reasonable places...

My guest stayed and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was nice and a little pricey but still good. All in all we would use this hotel again . I'm hoping they will start some type of rewards program for frequent visits.

Stayed the night after a day of wine tasting. Arrived to the power being out, staff was very accommodating and made it as comfortable as possible without electricity. Free nightly wine tasting allowed us to try a winery we had not visited. Nice clean pool.
