Stayed here for a business trip and I have to say I am always pleased with this Hotel. Definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in or near Santa Rosa, CA. Rooms are nice and cozy, great views, and friendly staff. They also have a nice dining area and lounge area. Free wine tasting is always a plus even if...

It was a nice trip. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food was great. I loved the location and trees. The automatic entrance doors made taking my luggage to the room easy. Hot showers the instant you turn on the water! Wonderful. The food was good and the staff friendly and professional.

This is a tired musty hotel. However the worst problem was the TV service. There were no local channels & despite calling the engineer who was very kind but made the picture & channel selection worse, I missed seeing the Giants WIN! I paid $226 dollars for this palace. I am an Honors member and tried to review the hotel...

Thank you for providing your feedback. We deeply regret if you encountered such problems with your guest TV, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment. This is definitely not our usual high standard of customer service, and your experience will be carefully reviewed by our management. It’s our hope to welcome you back in the future for the kind...

Pretty nice location, older, spread out style. That's its charm. Rooms are dated but nice. I walked through all of the buildings and they all had that same 'I need new carpet' smell. Not total funk but a little off. The outdoor pool is better than the typical business hotel so definitely a plus. The attitude is pretty funny because...

This hotel is clean and a decent place to stay, though the price is really more than I think the quality deserves. It's a bit dated, though not worn out looking. It's located in a place where you need to drive to get to even decent quality restaurants if you don't want to use their restaurant. The staff is friendly...

The property itself is very pretty. Nice pool area, lobby, restaurant and bar. Our room was nice, comfortable and roomy however we thought the hallways smelled like an old hotel. It could use an update. The hotel/rooms didn't match the lobby and restaurant areas.

This hotel is spread out on the scenic property which is blended into the hillside. There are several low-rise buildings all named after wines. The rooms were quiet and our sliding door opened out onto a common deck area with plenty of seating areas and tables to enjoy the scenery. We enjoyed the complimentary wine tastings in the lobby before...

A wine country getaway is such a treat, and we’re thrilled that our beautiful hotel and scenic surroundings provided a memorable retreat for you. We’re happy you enjoyed our wine tastings and then dining in Nectar Restaurant. It is our hope to welcome you back again for another great stay at Hilton Sonoma Wine Country.

Very dated hotel with no privacy. We heard everyone around us in other rooms and the people walking upstairs. We woke up several times during the night from noise. AC unit had it's temper tantrums during the night too. It's an ok hotel if you're just passing through but not for a vacation.

Simply put, this property is in a great location with beautiful grounds and spectacular morning buffet, which is included for Hilton Diamond (and Gold?)Honors members. The buffet includes many items frequently found in high-end Sunday buffets. Lox, cheeses, sliced meats, bacon, sausage, pancakes or French toast and one day there was Eggs Benedict and the next fruit-filled crepes. The additional...
