I stayed for a week here, it was ok, not the cleanest, but the room was nice, quiet for being right off the highway. Unfortunately, it burned down during the Sonoma County fires in October of 2017. I would have stayed there again.

We are taking a four week tour of the Western National Parks and staying at 14 hotels. The others have been fine - this one is terrible. It is just basic - worth no more than $49/night, but it charged us $183. The check-in at 10:30 pm was through a window outdoors, that was so thick it was impossible to understand the clerk behind it. We had to fill-out an old-fashioned registration card, that you could barely read the print, when the hotel already had all of our information through our reservation. The room was bare bones. There was a tiny smattering of breakfast items offered in the tiny lobby in the morning - and no place to sit. BE AFRAID - BE VERY VERY AFRAID!

The ground outside is cleaner than the carpeting both rooms that we reserved. I wonder if it was ever cleaned. The AC on its coldest setting blew warm air. Those are positives compared to how totally unprofessional the staff was to both of us

I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone based on the unprofessional attitude of the of a couple office staff. Purposely cancelled my reservation a day before my check I'm just to charge me an outrageous price. Told me didn't have a reservation when I did my niece even provided reservation#. Total scam

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Room was very tight but clean. I have a feeling that the rooms used to have 2 double beds but now have 2 queen beds. Not much room to move around, but the room was clean. The bathroom was disproportionately large compared to the bedroom, but nice. Also very clean! Towels were soft and thick. Starbucks next to the hotel was very handy. Pool was closed, but we basically needed a place to sleep and clean up. This fit the bill just fine.

Felt unwelcome from the start with the rude receptionist at registration who was not forthcoming with necessary details pertaining to our stay. The room was very small, cramped with the wrong sized furniture. In our approximate 15x15' space, there was a king bed, 6 lamps, chairs that were too big for the small table and desk. The wifi was horrible. Will never book at this chain again.

I rarely write a negative review. This is not completely negative, but close to it. This is an old hotel. Parts of it have been updated, but it really needs a complete makeover. I would rather have stayed at a cheaper Motel 6 than this place. The pros: the sheets were clean and the shower was clean....the two most important parts for me. HOewever, the comforter was extremely old, holey, and pilley. Really needs to be retired. Although the shower itself was clean, the whole shower area needs paint badly. Water discoloration....or mold? The carpet is extrememly old and needs to be replaced. I would only stay here again if it was THE ONLY CHOICE. It is doable....but the price was too high for this caliber hotel. Not recommended....but not completely dissed either.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The ratings that were on the website weren't even close to what I got. The room was so small that I could barely walk between the bed and the desk. The bathroom was also very small. They really need to update the televisions in the room, my screen had scratches all over. Won't stay here again.

I just paid 96 dollars for a tiny, outdated room. The room has a very weird smell and fluorescent lighting. Everything about the room is disappointing and straight out of the 90's. I don't even trust the bed enough to sleep in the covers. Best Western nextdoor quoted me a room for 15 dollars more and i completely regret not taking it!

This is certainly not a fancy place, but it's a nice place. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, although the carpet did look like it could use a shampoo. My wife likes extra pillows and blankets for the kids, and the staff very promptly brought those with a smile. The breakfast area could use a few more tables, but it was nice enough. The pancake machine was broke, but I enjoyed the eggs with cheese, bacon, hash browns and oatmeal. The kids made their own yogurt parfait's. We had coffee from the Starbucks next door. Enjoyed free wifi and a good selections of shows on the TV. We especially enjoyed some of the restaurants near by, including The Warm Puppy which was created and frequented by Charles M. Schulz, across from the CMS Museum.
