Although this hotel looks a whole lot better than its surroundings, I was quite disappointed for a couple of reasons: first of all, out of four times that I tried to call the reception from my room, none picked up for the first three times. I also did not like the fact that you are pretty much forced to park...

New owners have update the hotel nicely, new modern furniture, carpeting, flooring, beds were great!. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 30 years, and it was looking pretty bad. We checked it out on line, and saw the updates and decided to try it again. It was a pleasant suprise at how nicely it has...

The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen. Front desk staff were always delightful and rooms were clean and updated!!! Very fair prices, nice pool, and close enough to the boardwalk and downtown that the drive to each place was no problem!

Our family of six was road tripping across California with one night in Santa Cruz. We were looking for someplace that was inexpensive, clean, and close enough to walk to and from The Boardwalk. This place checked all of our wants and needs nicely. The hotel was a Days Inn at one point and still had some of the logos...

We had a room with two double beds. The room was just cleaned so the smell of cleaner was fresh when we opened the door. Bedding was average, beds firm, nice pillows, walls and decor was modern, clean. The wall outlet next to the bed included USB jacks. The television was a nice size with a wide variety of cable...

Good clean rooms. Friendly staff. Okay breakfast. Overall this was exactly what we were expecting for the price and would recommend to others wanting a good value and clean accommodation . Didn't use the pool or any of the facilities.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon. The room was smelly, unclean and in disrepair. I was shocked that a hotel was able to charge so much for the condition on their room. The area was questionable and walls and floors were paper thing. Since we were only staying for one night, we thought it would be okay. We went out...

We found it on hotels tonight for a bargain. And we didn't know what to expect. But as soon as we walked in, we felt that it was clean. The service was also great, a little thing were that they didn't showed where our room where so we figured it out ourselves. First, the refrigerator where gone, and soon after...

We were just passing through Santa Cruz and had booked one night here. The weather was miserable so we coudn't benefit from the lovely pool and outside area but the room was very nice, and comfortable at a very good rate. Situated in a nice neighbourhood of Santa Cruz we would certainly stay again if in town The young man...
