This place is SO BAD. The carpet smells, HEATERS DON'T WORK, hot water TURNS OFF, the tv DOESN'T TURN OFF, the guy at the front literally doesn't care about you or your family and is very disrespectful. Won't give you your money back even though you've had to TRANSFER ROOMS THREE TIMES because of the horrible quality. Do yourself a...

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It has 2 rooms with a queen bed in each room and a 3rd queen in the front room. Pictures on the website was exactly what we got. I was in room 105. Very clean and smelled nice and fresh. Big bathroom but shower only which is fine. Microwave, fridge and swivel mounted...

Pictures are way nicer than the motel itself. It's a bit grungy but clean. The best part was getting a 2 bedroom room with a baby so we didn't have to whisper in the dark while she slept. It's not awesome but does the trick if all you need is a place for the evening.

I arrived at this hotel to be told that they had no record of my reservation, even though I had a paper copy which was made through booking.com. At first the man at reception was unhelpful and patronising - but to be fair he did eventually phone booking.com, although I ended up having to sort out alternative accommodation. The hotel blamed...

Stayed for one night. Regular motel very close to the board walk. Have a pool but didn't try it. Nice staff and could definitely stay here again! Got TV and free coffee in the morning. Good location, 3 min walk to the board walk. Cheap so u get what we paid for!

I wish I had not wasted my time booking this hotel. I was checked in by a woman that was pleasant, but while taking my bags to the room I noticed a man following us. I was afraid so I hurried in the room and before I closed the door he asked me how many bed is in the room....

I was to have stayed here one night in July, but the other night I forgot to turn my ringer off when I went to bed and I got a call at 9:21pm from someone at the hotel asking me what time I'd be arriving. I let it go to voice mail since I was getting up at 3:15am, and...

We called the hotel the day we had the reservation and asked when the latest time was we could check in because we knew we wouldn't be there until about 10 pm. When we arrived, the front door was locked so my boyfriend used the night window. The person working was on the phone and it took him several minutes...

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel in Santa Cruz and it was really cool, the hotel was actually pretty clean. It had a working fridge, and the bed was really big and actually comfy. We really liked it. And it was clean the only thing that was a bit out of date was the sink in the bathroom...
