We rolled in here late, 5th hotel in 7 days. Room 208 smelled of too much air freshener but Taylor at the Front Desk was most gracious and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and was most cheerful. She then switched us to Room 309 which was quiet and did not smell. Fo

Overall, this is a good choice if you are looking for a family-friendly, clean place to stay with a free breakfast. If you care about noise in the mornings, request a room off of the center balcony overlooking the breakfast area, or facing the intersection in front of the hotel.

Thanks for taking the time to review our property! I'm glad that you enjoyed your room and your interactions with our staff. I apologize that you experienced noise from our breakfast area and outside traffic. You are correct that the rear of the property would not be affected by these sources of noise due to the rooms facing our rear parking lot and not overlooking our atrium. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and I hope that we have the opportunity to have you with us again in the future!

Stayed two nights last week while on business travel in Santa Cruz. This is a fully functional business hotel, offering complimentary wifi connection and breakfast. Good location, although on-site parking can be difficult at times. I think I will stay here again next time when I

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your choosing our property and that you stay with us every time you visit your grandchildren. I'm sorry that you experienced issues with the barn doors from our recent bathroom remodel. While the bathroom exhaust fans don't have a switch, they do run continuously from a central fan, so any smell or steam in the bathrooms should be vented, but I apologize if this was not your experience. Thank you again, and I hope that we see you again soon!

A very clean hotel that has a professional, friendly staff. The complementary breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. This hotel is conveniently located near the center of the city of SantaCruz. First class experience.

Pet friendly? We have a small dog.
Thank you for your question, Barbara! Unfortunately our property does not allow pets. If by chance you would like separate lodging for your pet, I would recommend Bed and Biscuits, which is a wonderful business that takes excellent care of both dogs and cats!

I'm not sure - but I don't recommend this hotel. It's super noise, lots of homeless hang around outside at night and the denny's next door has the loudest parking lot!
