We booked because of the excellent reviews and stayed in room 6 for 1 night. When booking I liked that you selected your room at that time and therefore should be able to ensure the room is suitable. However, the description of the room on the website didn't mention that there was a connecting door with room 5 and I...

We are residents of Santa Cruz and stayed here for a holiday party. We have driven by for years but never stayed...what a great place, truly. The rooms are adequate size, very comfy bed with mini fridge and complimentary water. Bathrooms have radiant heat floors which is fun in the middle of the night :) Place is quiet even though...

We had driven up the California coast and this was our last stop before flying back to southern California. The room was not only well maintained but spotless . . . a welcomed relief at the end of a busy day. Because of road construction, we were unable to take advantage of its location as far as being able to...

The room was spotless and well-maintained. Convenient enough location if you have a car. Short drive to great restaurants, beach, etc. Check in and out were easy and pleasant staff. No elevator to the second floor, but staff offered to help with luggage up the stairs if needed.

Hotel was redecorated beautifully about five years ago. Rooms are spacious and we'll appointed. Bathroom is comfortably large. Tile floors are heated through out. The location is between Capitola and Santa Cruz in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Ocean. Excellent value.

My husband and I stayed one night. It was a delightful stay. The staff was welcoming, walking distance to the beach. A 20 minute walk to the harbor with wonderful restaurants. Morning breakfast was sufficient with a lovely garden. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights here and I honestly can say I wish I had stayed at this location longer. The room was large including walk in shower and closet! I liked that the floors are done in large tiles and tons of counter space was a plus. Even though you don't usually watch...

Nice small hotel/motel. Great location if you are looking for something on the quiet side of town with short walk from beach. Very nice rooms in very good condition and friendly service. However road noise until about 10pm, visible light around door and lack of sound insulation between rooms, reduces the experience.

Hats off to Lam and Bonnie for a great visit. This is an extremely good spot. Rooms are way above average for the cost; location is great and the continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The king size bed was very comfortable, the pillows were the right level of firmness and all the appointments were above what you would expect...

Our stay at Bella Norte was a restful and the surroundings were quiet and we enjoyed walking down to the beach on both days. The Farmer's Market on Sunday was enjoyable. We liked the fact that the hotel was away from crowds and noise. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Our room was immaculate and the...
