I only stayed one night, but was pleasantly surprised to find a polite and attentive staff greeting me and quickly directing me to my clean and spacious room. My room had a small patio with table and chair next to a garden like area that is steps away from the pool. Overall it's a peaceful, quiet setting. It's on State... More

I stayed here 2 nights while visiting my niece and her family. I choose this hotel because it was close to her. It is located on a busy street, but noise was not a problem. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom adequate. However, I don't know when it was last updated because it seem "dated." There was kind of... More

We chose The Lemon Tree because we were visiting Hearst Castle, it was just out of the main area of Santa Barbara but not too far to make it an issue...5 mins in a taxi. Very clean and tidy, huge amount of parking available, lovely big pool Good value for money too, the dollar was great for us visiting from... More

Lovely hotel in a great city. Santa Barbara is a great place to visit and this hotel was well situated. Smart and well presented, with a good bar and restaurant. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Shake we only had time for an overnight stay.

Nice pool area. Restaurant on site. Our room had a balcony, but view of the parking lot:( Pool area rooms would be nice. Kind of pricey, of course it is Santa Barbara. Quite a distance up State Street away from harbor.

Nice inn a few kilometres up State Street from the waterfront. Decent rooms and comfortable beds built around a very pleasant courtyard and pool surrounded with by palm trees, flowers and humming birds. Rooms have balconies or verandas, with tables, chairs and plenty of space for dining or relaxing. There's a restaurant which serves good breakfasts, but we didn't try... More

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and I found a comfortable bed. Wi-fi also very fast. Parking easy. The rest was so and so. the bathroom pretty uncomfortable, the room smelled a little bit, the balcony with the lights on all night long. I didn't use the swimming pool.

This hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach. The restaurant is below average. The staff was friendly, but not empowered to fix the problem I had at the restaurant. There was no manager on site. I would try to find something else.
